This is the brush to buy, forget buying cheap brushes. You get what you pay for.
I have started renewing furniture from garage sales and other places. I had to find out the hard way that when you buy a paint brush it really pays to buy a good one. I purchased the Purdy brand because I trusted it. I display my end products at shows where other people are doing the same. I know people ask "What kind of brushes do you use and paint?" Of course I believe that when I put my name on the finished products they look great, no brush strokes and no loosing hair from the brush it self. Take care of your brushes and they take care of you. I look forward to investing in additional brushes and trying the rollers soon.

This is a Purdy Moose latex Brush Square Handle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been a painter 30 yrs this brush is 10yrs old well used it's been missing just found it. Went for job interview yesterday they wanted me to cut in a door for them I pulled this Purdy Moose out they looked at it and said oh no that brush is wore out I said nah this is a Purdy it'll shape back up once it hits the paint so I painted the door and got the job now they want to buy me some more of Purdy brushes. The Purdy Moose and Purdy Swann brushes are the 2 best brushes ever made and as all Purdy brushes will last you a lifetime if properly cleaned I give em a 10 star rating. You wanna make your House Pretty buy a Purdy!!!

This is a quality brush.
I use this brush to "cut-in" around doors and window casings. Really good latex (acrylic) paint brush that's easy to manuever, holds paint well and leaves a smooth finish. Not one complaint from customers. Good sharp lines. Cleanup is simple, for anyone.
For DIY'ers *REMEMBER: the package (holster) the brush comes in, is a part of the tool. DO NOT DISCARD.

Purdy brushes are the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Xl Glide 2-1/2-in Nylon- Polyester Blend Angle Paint Brush (Trim Brush) by Purdy I can say are the best paint brushes. Over the years I used many kind of brushes from really cheap to expensive and the Purdy brand are the best. They wash up good and last a very long time if you take care of them. I like this longer one for overhead trim because it makes it easier to reach up at the ceiling. The angled brush makes for perfect trimming. The paint goes on so much better with a beautiful paint finish to whatever you are painting from wood to sheet rock or stain. No cons for this brush just a positive post.

High quality paintbrush
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paintbrush worked great! There weren't any bristles that came off! The paintbrush cleaned up pretty good so that it's reusable. It was easy to hold and easy to paint with. I really liked the angle of the brush. I have found that you need to have good quality paintbrushes when you want things to look nice after painting them. This brush seems to be of high quality and durable. As you can see in the pictures, there's a little bit of paint left over and a little bit of rust from soaking but not too much. I received this paintbrush free in exchange for my honest review.

Its ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried these brushes many times over the years. In my earlier days I swore by this brush. I was introduced to some other brushes and prefer those much better over these. I recently tried this brush again using a SW paint and halfway through had to switch to my other brush. There is some personal preferences for sure but I just think there are better brushes over these if you do professional work. I do keep one of these on my truck as they are good for certain uses or applications but for regular latex paint applications I will stick with my other brush.

Best paint brush for your project!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best paintbrush on the market. This paintbrush is larger with a decent stiffness to the bristles. It’s a 2.5” with an angled edge. The brush holds a decent amount of paint and allows for a great angle for cutting in the wall and corners. I love how the brush holds the paint and delivers a smooth surface without hardly any streaking from the bristles. If you’ve ever used a cheap brush then you know what I mean! The brush is worth the investment for a paint project. It’s always about having the best tools for the job! This brush is my favorite!

great paint job - poor craftmanship
The brush holds the paint well and leaves little/no brush strokes and creates a quality paint job. However, I've only used it twice now and it loses its bristles while painting which is very disappointing as this brush is expensive as brushes go. I expect that from cheap brushes, but not this one.
