INSULFLOOR
Description
Le système InsulFloorBoard est constitué de panneaux OSB (copeaux de bois agglomérés) laminés à un panneau isolant de polystyrène expansé de haute densité laissant le béton respirer. Le polystyrène est muni de rainures de drainage. Chaque panneau comprend un joint iLock, un système unique de double rainure et languette dont l/étanchéité empêche l/humidité d/altérer le bois. Les deux rainures Flex-Groove confèrent au panneau la flexibilité nécessaire pour s/adapter aux inégalités de la dalle de béton. Ces panneaux multifonctions doivent être installés de manière fixe pour toutes les surfaces de couvre-plancher. Pour l'installation d'un plancher flottant, les panneaux peuvent être collés aux joints à l'aide de colle de menuiserie. Vendu en boîte de 4 panneaux couvrant 20,5 pi².

Big mistake in my previous calculation - 20.5 sqft per box as each panel is 15.5x48 inches making the panels cover 5.16 sq/ftt. Sory about that

How many pieces in one box? How many boxes do I need to buy if 1200qt.
20.5 sq ft per plank, there are 4 planks per box, thats 82sq/ft per box. 1200/82=15 boxes.

May I nail my 3/4' hardwood directly into the flooring, or should I affix plywood (thickness?) on top?
Comment l'installation se fait avec le bois d'ingénierie?
j"ai de la céramique de collé directement sur la dalle de ciment...Je dois l'enlever avant de mettre ce produit ou si je peux le mettre par dessus la céramique ?

Good, with qualifications
In Ontario this is available, however not used. Living in Ottawa across from Gatineau it was possible to purchase.
The selling point for me is it comes in long sheets. It was a way to cover more area with one sheet instead of comparable 2 x 2' squares
The challenge is that the board is not very solid. I had it is a dry warm room and left the sheets of wood bundled and stacked on each other until installing, but they come very slightly warped out of the box. This made it trickier to install. I was able to adapt my method to achieve this, but in my opinion. I don't think that a product that slides in place is well made when it comes out of the box warped no matter how slightly.
Concern:
The foam bottom has 1/4" deep and 1/4" wide lines for ventilation, however this seems grossly underventilated as most of the surface is touching the floor. Unless you perfectly align the lines air will be trapped instead of ventilating or evaporation around the side of the room.
My project is high and dry, and have no worries about the ventilation, nor moisture. Therefore, I kept and installed.
