I have bought Bissell again and again and again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I have used several brands of carpet cleaners but always come back to Bissell as it out performs the other brands I have tried. My first Bissell was a plain Jane canister, no brushes, heavy. exhausting. I gave it away when I bought my Pet Pro. A wonderful machine until I caught up a carpet fringe and broke the brush motor. It served me very well. Now I will tell you about my new Pro Heat. On first opening the box I was impressed that Bissell no longer uses foam plastic but uses biodegradable formed cardboard packaging. The tank has been improved with the shampoo container in the the tank and removable nozzle for easier cleaning. I liked the water only setting on my Pet Pro as I find the shampoo residue tends to attract dust from my wood heat.

Shocked at how well it works!!!
I bought this vacuum instead of paying for a professional carpet cleaning. I was hesitant at first but, this vacuum works so much better than a professional job! I have had a professional cleaning done before and it didn't remove the stains half as well as this vacuum!!! Amazing!! I am shocked how easily it removed all the pet stains that I wasn't expecting it to remove completely.

Unfair shipping charges
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did a fair job on the rug but did not clean the arms of the chair. The water seemed lukewarm and we understood it was supposed to stay hot as indicated by the description "pro heat" Our biggest complaint was that we sent it back after 2 days and we were told Bissell did not cover the cost of shipping. Had we lived in US they would have printed a return label for us. We sent it back to Bissell at a cost of $72 . We are not happy about this policy.

I have recommended this machine to a friend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for a six by nine foot living-room carpet and several rugs throughout the house. I was surprised at the amount of dirt that I picked up. The machine is light enough and small enough to reach all parts of the carpet with minimal movement of furniture. Filling and refilling was simple.

EXCELLENT CARPET CLEANER!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is light weight and very easy to assemble and use. The tank is large enough to clean 1-1 1/2 rooms nicely. The suction is amazing and the carpets dried within a few hours. Clean up is quick because of the lift out nozzle that allows thorough cleaning of brushes etc. Tyvm Bissell!!

Keeps Our Small Space Fresh
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a carpeted apartment with guinea pigs, myself and my partner who both work from home. I like to walk into a fresh smelling space so I try to maintain the carpet as much as I can. Vacuums aren't enough in my opinion. I love this machine, it keeps the water hot and really deep cleans. I also use it in my car. The one downside is it is loud!

Still not sure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the carpet cleaner on my stairs and on my hallway carpet. I have done my stairs 3 times and it always seems to be streaky. I used it in my hallway on the weekend and found the same thing. I will try it again and I will try to move the machine slower and overlap sections more. I was surprised how dirty the water was. I have a dog that sheds a lot and a husband who walks in bare feet all the time so the dirt on the pale carpet is noticeable.

Very Disappointed
This is my second Bissell carpet cleaner purchase in 12 yrs. My first cleaner lasted for 11 yrs and during that time I had 3 cats and 3 dogs in my home and sometimes all at the same time. It was easy to use and to clean after. It was worth every penny so I replaced it with another Bissell, the Bissell Pro Heat Pet with the Advanced Power Brush system. I bought it mid-May. It's much heavier to handle even without a filled water reservoir but that was ok as long as performance wise it worked. By mid June, after using it twice the suction has stopped working. I've tried to figure out how to check it and clean it but can't find the exact same model on the internet anywhere to look for instructional videos to troubleshoot it and j did what the manual suggested but nothing worked. So after my last use I had wet carpet for 4 days even with a dehumidifier on. Very upset.
