what is the expiration of this product, for example, if I keep them in the bags, how many days they will condense due to the humidity?
I have about 10 bags that were left over from a project and have been sitting on the concrete floor of my really old shed for about a year. I just started another project and started using them. Some of them are okay but some absorbed moisture probably from the concrete floor or maybe humidity so I had to hit them with a sledgehammer to break them up to use again. Some pieces stayed solid. I'd probably keep them wrapped in plastic if I had to store for a long time outside .

I need to make a slab 9.5 ft x 4 ft x 3.5" thick. How many bags will I need?
There are estimates online on DIY websites quite precise. Just google it.

Deck post, need to know how many bags per hole, post will be mounted on top of concrete with brackets. Hole size is 10" dia. x 48" deep.
If you go to 48 inches depth, You will need at least 4 bags per hole I believe for a 10 inch dia post. I used 3 bags for an 8 inch post but I only went to 40 inches as I dug by hand.

if I use quikcreke conceat mix, be put into the hole arounld the fence post dry and add a little water ,im a OAP with a bad back
Mix the concrete mix first before putting it in the hole. If you are doing fence post the best solution is to buy the fence post foam, it cures in about 15-20 minutes depending on the temperature outside , after it hardens then you can put the concrete on top.

Yes. I used the ready mixed concrete Quikrete that I bought from Lowes to pour out a 4 inches concrete around the house..

I bought a skid 56 pcs of these for a concrete pad and the concrete itself is ok, but a few of the bags were completely solid and about 1 out of 3 had major pieces 1/4 or more of the bag that was half hardened. When I got the skid, the plastic had a small amount of condensation on the inside, but I thought that would be ok and I aired it out and covered it in a good quality tarp for only 2 days before using it. The top bags had discoloration from sun exposure, so maybe I just got the skid that had been left out for too long, but I cannot recommend this product compared to what I have previously received from the competitors.

I haven’t noticed much difference in standard concrete mixes. This one does the job. The reason for 4 stars is the bag - requires very gentle handling. Quickrete use better packaging on their other products.

The mixing is not stable.
Some bags contain lots of rocks, some have lots of sand.

Easy to use
Used about 12 bags of this to set three 6x6 posts. Super easy to mix in a wheelbarrow. The weight makes it a bit awkward to work with, but hey it's concrete, what do you expect?

missing the stone
I brought home 10 bags to find that they are all missing the stones in the mix. I have used this product numerous times and have never had an issue. I guess that pallet must have squeaked through QC.
So now the fun job of carrying them up the stairs and returning them.

Solid product - LOTS of rocks
Product was used to cast some paving stone. The rocks made it really hard to get a nice finish on the top without spending lots of time...
