Is it 500 grams or 411 grams? The container says 397Grams filler with 14 grams of hardner. I can't see where 500 grams is correct.

Fill it to the rim next time!
You don't say how tall the 3 inch puddle is. You also don't fill the quart container to the top. Which is fraud in my book. Imagine if you bought a can of paint, jug of milk, gallon of gas, can of soda, quart of oil - and none of them were full? You'd be scratching your head. Also, not having the simple directions on the can is a joke. What has happened ed to this company?

Understanding Instructions Telepathically
I’ve was unsuccessful in my attempt to read the mind of the person that wrote the instructions.
How deep/tall/thick shall the 3” diameter “puddle” be! Should I imagine I’m flinging a spoonful of whipped cream on my stack of blueberry waffles?
When squeezing a 3” “strip” of hardener, how thick/thin should that be? When I was young, I was scolded for using too much toothpaste on my toothbrush. I tried to use less, but I kind of liked the taste of Aqua Fresh for kids! Now I’m afraid I’m going to use too much hardener.
Vague instructions like the ones provided really sends the OCD that affect folk like me into a migraine inducing frenzy! 3M, you are a successful multi-billion dollar corporation. Surely you can muster the resources for precise, measured instructions. Please do better.

Hardener is some weird experiment that .
Bought a half gal of Bondo a few months ago. Used some and put the rest on the shelf. Went to use it again and the hardener tube just crumbled apart. Inside the hardener had formed these long spiney white crystals about a half inch all over the hardener. I have tried to contact 3M and anyone else that could help me. No one and I mean NO ONE wants to even hear my problem.
