Is it possible to change the downrod out for a flexible chain so I can have some maneuverability?
It doesn’t come with a chain but it does come with rods and extension rods so you have some flexibility on how low you want to hang it

Is it possible to extend the length with adding chain ?
Not really. The electric cable is not long enough for you to extend unless you have a cable joint in the middle and then it becomes unsafe as the joint has to hold the weight of the chandelier. I would not recommend this.

Where do you get bulbs for this product? I checked in-store but there were no T8 E12 LED bulbs. I checked a few other places but I still could not find any bulbs.
Hey, the e12 (candleabra) base is very common and any style will work of appropriate wattage. the T6/T8 style bulb is what it the light features and can usually be found as an appliance bulb.

Can I hang this on a slanted ceiling?
The bar is rigid, but where it attaches to the round cover, there is a ball In socket joint. I believe it should be able to handle a sloping ceiling but not more than 5 to 10 degrees (in my opinion). Hope that helps.

No mounting hardware
Hard to review something that I can't even install. I ordered this fixture brand new as far as i knew, not used, not open box. But so much is missing from the box, on top of the box coming looking like it had been through a tornado. The box is missing every single piece of mounting hardware needed to hang the fixture. No canopy, no rods, no screws, no wire collectors, no mounting bracket, no product manual, just the metal squares was the only thing in the box. Absolutely ridiculous. Assuming they send me all missing parts maybe I'll modify this review, but until then, very disappointed as I clearly received an open box item that I didn't want or pay for.

Good quality
Light was easy to put together and install. Looks exactly as shown. Delivery was super quick received order the next day.
Only down side is finding the 9
Bulbs that are required for light fixture (almost as much as the fixture itself). However, the light is priced well that even with the added cost of the bulbs it is totally worth it.

incorrect wiring figure in manual
Page 11 figure 6 is incorrect. It shows two black wires attached to the black supply wire. There is only one black fixture wire in addition to one white wire and one copper wire. There is however a copper wire attached to the bolt on the canopy base. What wire is attached to the ground screw? a statement clarifying that the screw is optional and necessary if the is no ground supply wire. I had to look at a different model to see that both the copper ground wire and copper fixture wire are attached to the copper supply wire. Other than this issue the manual and installation were easy to follow.

So glad I committed to this light; reading the reviews before ordering was a massive help. It’s a big light with options for rod length. It’s unique, bold, modern & exactly as pictured. Our dining room is fairly small, but this light just fits cause it’s not bulky. Very happy with the option too!

Beautiful. Large and the cages can be rotated for different looks. The hanging rods can be extended as there are several or can be made shorter by not combining them.
Love it! And great price on this website versus other retailers of the same light.
