Seems like a useless warranty for Canada - if you have to ship ladder to Utah at your own expense! Would they just ship a replacement part to use in Canada if we shipped Little Giant a picture of the broken part? Thanks
Little Giant rarely has the customer send back the ladder in any case. Most of the time, they offer replacement parts or offer to send a replacement ladder if the damage is not easily fixed with replacement parts and is deemed to covered under warranty.

Do you carrru the 26 ft version?
I have two, older, first generation giant ladders whose rubber bases/feet need replacement. Where do I find those?

Well built, but heavy
This is an older model they sell at discount price. Much heavier than the revolution series. Don't expect to swing it like the guy in the video. It's bulky and it's easy to squeeze fingers when adjusting. Also, the ratcheting leg is 3/4" to short for a standard stair, so I had to put a book under the fully extended leg. Im really considering getting it back to the store and getting the newer model even if it's twoce the price.

Best multi-position ladder available
Yes it is heavy, but that is what you are buying. A ladder that offers you tons of options and flexibility on how to use it. If you want a light easy to move around ladder buy a basic step ladder. If you want a ladder that offers you a way to get to those hard to reach areas on unlevel ground than this is definitely the one you want. Feels solid and sturdy. Rungs are welded not installed with rivots.

Best versitile ladder you can buy!
First off, this ladder is not heavy, and this ladder will weigh just as much as pretty much every other 22' multi position ladders. They all come in around 40-50lbs. This one weighs 45lbs because it includes the levelers. These are amazing, sturdy, useful, and buying levelers by themselves can cost as much as an entire ladder.
This ladder has a 1A 300lbs rating. Is it better than the 1AA 375 rated Werner that Lowes sells? Depends. The Werner is beefier no doubt. If you need that extra rating get it. It's a great ladder that i have also used. If you don't need the extra rating, this little giant offers things the Werner does not. People blow it out of proportion. I wouldn't argue that the Little Giant is better quality, but it adds features that are ultra handy and not found on other ladders. The wheels and the levelers.
Unlike many, I use this ladder in it's full 22' extension all the time without issue. Here is a tip for those wanting to know how to set it up by themselves You put the ladder on the ground, then fully extend it. Put the feet up against your house / wall. Then you just walk the ladder up. You put it down the exact same way. Put the feet up against the wall, then walk it back down. It's not the weight that's the problem, it's just awkward if you don't have a way to prop up the feet before attempting to raise it.
I find this ladder actually easier to use than my old extension ladder with a rope that required a second person to help. Another great feature of these ladders is the flared out legs. They make this ladder feel more stable and safe than most full sized extension ladders.
Does this ladder bounce when going all the way up? Sure, if you're running up it fast and carelessly it's going to bounce at the joints a little. ALL of these types of ladders will do that. It's normal. It's not going to break, but it can feel scary. Solution? Just walk up it slowly and smoothly. Not rocket science. Also, make sure you angle it at the proper angle. If the angle is too steep or too low, it's dangerous not matter what ladder you use.
These ladders are great if you you live in a place without somewhere to store a full sized ladder. It's extremely versatile and can be transported in many regular hatchbacks. I can put this in my Subaru Crosstrek easily. Find another 22' ladder than can do that!
I have used many of these multi position ladders. They are great if you're a homeowner or a home inspector or estimator that doesn't have a large truck or van to cart around a full sized ladder. One other nice thing is that these ladders are fast to set up. Like everything, practice. Don't buy it and then try to figure out how to use it when an emergency happens. Set it up, put it down, climb it and use it before you really need to use it. Once you get the hang of these, they become invaluable.

Not worth the hype!
I bought this to replace another adjustable ladder and watching the videos, it seem like a great option. I am very disappointed with it as far as function. It is constructed great, however it is very heavy and doesn’t work well for stairs, which was my primary reason for buying it. The stance isn’t right and I have tried it on 3 different stair cases. I thought it would have worked much better, the videos are one thing, but using it in reality has not been anywhere near as good. Save the $300, buy something else or two other ladders.

Best ladder we’ve ever owned
Super sturdy and it can handle pretty much any situation you can think of. The levellers are a fantastic feature; no more balancing precariously on an uneven surface.
The latches were a little tricky to figure out, but a quick review of the instructions and it all made sense. The only negative is that it’s heavy, but that’s the price you pay for a sturdy ladder.

Good features, could be great
I purchased this ladder to cut my cedar hedge. The ladder is adjustable however only two of the four feet/legs are ajustable for uneven surfaces. If all four feet/legs were ajustable it would be a great ladder for working outside on uneven surfaces. I hope the engineers pick up on this to make a good product even better.
