Is the roof water tight ? or does rain leak through onto contents?
The roof is an arch so rain runs off front and back. There is a 1 inch gap between the roof and sides for ventilation

Looks good. Directions & assembly good at best
I would recommend it because it's attractive from the outside and does the basic job it's built to do. I'm not 100% confident in its stability factor, but time will tell. The color is more of a cedar (lighter than the picture, darker than the video). There is no floor and there are several gaps (between the front doors and ground, doors and top bar, cover and back frame). There is no way a person could build this by themselves without the end product looking very uneven. It doesn't matter how strong you are, no human has enough hands to successfully hold a door, a metal hinge, a screw, and a screwdriver at one time. Several parts have to be completely hand screwed (it will save your bicep and triceps to use an electric screwdriver) and other parts don't even have guide holes for where parts were supposed to be screwed in. The instructions are 100% picture-based and on a relatively small scale. Wear your reading glasses and make sure you pay close attention to the little details in the photos. With two people it takes about 3-4 hours.

This shed is terrible
We’ve had it a few months and the siding has completely fallen apart. We’re going to return this or see what we can get instead, I do nit recommend. Waste of money.

Shocks don’t have enough pressure
Excellent quality and easy to assemble but top shock absorbers do not hold the lid up
