Description
Cette laveuse à chargement vertical de Maytag est une solution idéale et moderne pour vos besoins en matière de lessive. Son style s'intègre à tout type de décor tandis que sa grande capacité de 3,8 pieds cubes est parfaite pour les lourdes charges de lavage. Cette machine offre un choix de 12 cycles ainsi que 5 sélections de température de l'eau pour laver en fonction du poids et de la composition de la brassée. L'agitateur PowerWash assure une rotation efficace qui élimine les taches tenaces tout en désincrustant la saleté et la crasse, et l'option Auto Sensing assure un nettoyage efficace et concentré en ajustant automatiquement le niveau d'eau pour chaque charge. Bien que conçue pour des charges surdimensionnées, cette laveuse peut également prendre en charge des tâches plus petites en seulement 30 minutes ! Cet appareil est couvert par une garantie limitée de 10 ans sur le moteur et le panier de lavage en acier inoxydable, ainsi que par une garantie limitée d'un an sur les autres pièces et la main-d'uvre.

How can the box dimensions be 27" when the depth and width are listed as 27 1/2"?
Because they are including the drain hose in the set up dimensions.

Does this washer have a warm and or hot rinse cycle? I need a washer with these options and the salesman assured me that this washer is not just "cold water rinse" only. I am getting it delivered this week and do not want to be disappointed.
Mine just got delivered today but I'm not ay home to double check the manual. Google the manual and it tells you the temp available for each setting

Why can’t this machine remove light mud off a pair of pants? Makes me concerned it’s not washing anything at all. Took pants out after washing twice and could wipe the mud off with my hand. Read up on everything, followed instructions and used good lau
I notice that you can adjust the washing water temperature, but can you also adjust the rinse temperature? e.g., if you wash on hot, will it rinse on hot? or if you wash on hot, can you rinse on cold?

Total disappointment
I purchased this washer on the 7th of March 2021and it was delivered on the 9th. Washed for four days and it broke on day five (Saturday). I call the 800 number and explain what is going on and the soonest someone can come out and look at it is 3/19/21. The tech asked if we were ever able to wash and I said yes, he said I do not see how. He repaired the machine and left. On 3/21/21 the machine stops working and now the motor is starting to smell as though it's burning. Made in the USA is why I bought it, never again. I will be an LG customer from now on. And it will not come from a big box store, I will shop small business and get next day service.

Doesn't Clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for three months. I've given it a chance and chose the agitator model thinking it would move clothes more effectively and thus give me cleaner clothes. Not so. I've had to rewash on several occasions whether the wash load is small or large. When I've added bleach I've ended up with white streaks - the bleach doesn't seem to dispense evenly. I have beautiful heave cotton drapes that were off white with age and after adding bleach to the washer, they now have white streaks. I used the deep water level. Don't know what I'm going to do.

Model is basic enough without much confusion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This particular model was picked out by my Maytag repairman since he came, saw and told me that after 26 years, my machine was leaking from something too expensive to repair and labor. I told him what I wanted and am not disappointed in this machine so far. It's only been a couple of days but had to wash many loads. However, this tub can do 1 1/2 to 2 loads of different loads at one time. Before I had to do 2 loads at 2 different times so that's how big the drum is in it. It does shake on spin cycle so I want to double check to be sure it's balanced properly.

Very noisy and waste water.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This washer was delivered Dec. 28, 2018. I've used it about 10 times since. When the water valve switches between hot and cold, the valve makes an incredible load noise. You can hear it throughout the house. First time I've EVER encountered such a noise. It actually sounds like the tub is unbalanced, but its not even turning yet. The ONLY time the valve is not activated, is when the temperature selection is set to "tap cold" because there is no mixing. Both water level selections involve the "automatic" level feature, which always is wasteful. A manual water level would be far more practical and efficient.

Will not run enough water to wash clothes.
I had a Kenmore washer that quit spinning after 19 years. I replaced it with this Maytag. The deep water wash is a laugh. The tub is 20 inches deep. The only way to get a deep water wash is to get your water hose and fill it up. It is supposed to be saving water, but the spin cycle doesn't get the water out so you use lots more electricity drying them. Big savings! The tub is supposed to have an agitator, only thing is the agitator does not turn independently of the tub. The wash action is a slight swish one way and then a swish back the other way. The engineers obviously didn't try washing dirty clothes. Don't buy this washer.

This washer was delivered the end of June 2020. By Aug. clothes were washed and water had drained. However, the clothes were still wet enough that with some muscle I could wring water from them. Didn’t happen every time. Called service and very nice tech came . Seems the gear box was faulty and mine was the third one he had replaced that day, not to mention he had replaced over 100 since the first of the year. Seems to be working so far since the repair. Machine is very noisy for one that is so new, so holding my breath that it’s not a sign of trouble to come. Have used Maytag for over 50 yrs— guess next purchase will be a different brand.

Don't Buy This Washer
1) When it worked the washer agitator barely moved any clothes around... literally all the clothes on top never changed position. Wish I could post a video. it just kind of "shook" the drum. Waste, no washing accomplished. Also, spin cycle left clothes super wet, took 2 dryer cycles to finish drying.
2) Broke within 8 washes (if that) and definitely within 5 days of use. Smelled like plastic burning, agitator stopped working, looked jammed up.
3) Took it back along with dryer and will never go Maytag again.
(Just for validity - I am an engineer by trade and this was horribly engineered product)

Waste of money...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine uses so little water to clean the clothes in, it is utterly ridiculous. Do not be fooled by the interior size, which in itself it large, it still only fills up about 1/4 - 1/3 of the way, and that is on the largest setting available.
Plus you have to add your clothes and detergent together, close the lid, and only then will it start filling up with water. While I can’t speak for other people, but I prefer to add my detergent first, start the water so that the detergent dissolves more evenly, then add my clothes.
I could go on about all the other things that I don’t like, but you get the idea, I do not like anything about this wash machine...
