Great for Families!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Samsung washer! It's so sleek and looks absolutely beautiful in our laundry room. It feels like such a luxury to own this machine. We do a ton of laundry with six people in our home and two messy kids. The smart functions let us keep tabs on who is doing laundry and when it's time to switch the load. The steam function is AWESOME and makes me feel like the washer can handle even the grossest/messiest loads. I'm excited to try out the self-cleaning function since I've heard how important it is to keep up your washer's maintenance. Overall we are very happy with our washer and it has made our lives so much easier!

The best washer hands down!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung smart washer has a lot of great features like the download feature which you can use the app (smart things) from your phone to use more personalized features, the feature I find the most interesting is the sanitized feature which uses high temperature to remove bacteria from your laundry. I love the cleaning power of the washer, it gets my whites really white and the time it takes to wash is shorter than my previous washer. I am proud to have the Samsung smart washer as my new washer.

Where is my money?
i returned this washer along with the matching dryer over 4 months ago because they were too large for the space.
i have yet to receive a refund....i've called over 20 times in the last 4 months.
i've called 4 times today alone. i get transferred to home appliances then to ecommerce sales, sit on hold for roughly 5 to 15 minutes then get hung up on.
they claim they need an order number starting with us however my order number starts with d1cm.
i've called, emailed, reached out via social media and now writing reviews on all of the products i've purchased.
what will it take for someone to truly help me and give me my money back?

Beautiful and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband replaced our old washer with this new Samsung washer. It is a great product with a lot of smart features. It has a smart app which lets you connect the washer to the phone and you can control the washer with your phone. We got the stainless black washer and the washer itself looks great with fingerprint resistance. The combination of black washer with the blue light looks amazing. This is one of the prettiest washer in the market. The features are as great as the look of the product. It takes out the stains from the whites and colored clothes without damaging the clothes. You can control the hot/cold water as well as how much soiled you think your clothes are. Very pleased with the functionality and design of the washer.

Love my washer!!

We are all about efficiency in this household, and this washer has lived up to all expectations. The super speed technology is great for getting a load of laundry clean in just around 30 minutes. As I'm sure many others have done in the past, I have been known to throw in a load of laundry with all the best intentions... just to end up leaving it there overnight and having to rewash in the morning. With the Smart Things app, I am able to receive an alert right to my phone that my laundry is done. I'm surprised how much I have come to depend on that handy message! I would highly recommend this sleek washing machine to everyone I know.

Made for EVERYONE! Amazing Washer!

Starting with its incredibly slick look, it will add an incredible feel and ambiance to anybody's laundry Room! It is so incredibly simple to use, you can simply throw your clothes in it, hit the quick setting to have all your clothes perfectly clean in 22 minutes!! Or you can elect to sanitizer Clothes, if you have 4 kids like I do. And with its steam cycle during the wash it get your clothes even that much cleaner, And is incredibly gentle on all the clothes The coolest function is that you are able to hook it up to Wi-Fi calmer and literally be able to do everything from your phone. Also if you're watching your Samsung TV, while folding the laundry that you just pulled out of the dryer, your TV will pop up and tell you once your new washing cycle has completed...Amazing! This new Samsung washer is an incredible addition to anybody's laundry Room. Trust me if you pick up this washer you will not be disappointed, in fact you'll learn all kinds of new things about it and different ways that you didn't even know you could wash your clothes for months.

Excited for upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just upgraded, I gave my front load Samsung (6 yr old) set to my cousin. Hooked these up, ran a cycle-these are even quieter. Happy with extra cycles, and the re-designed lint trap is sooo nice. My other set still works great, never an issue, hoping these are as good.
For those who complain about shaking/vibration, read the manual! Delivery screws/plugs MUST come out and they must be well balanced. If you can’t do it get some help. Mine are perfect. Set up exactly the same as my 1st set.

water in the gasket
Is anyone else noticing water in the gasket after ever wash? like a ¼ cup of water.
the washer offers a lot of options and is quiet. but I have to sop up water and wipe down the gasket every time or at the end of the day.
Also the soap dispenser has water in it I also take this out dump the water let it air dry on top of the washer and wipe the top inside of the dispenser area for dripping water. (Also when i pull the soap dispenser out the water will run down into the gasket also, so take that out first then wipe the gasket). Just curious if anyone else is having this issues. Lots of reviews and not one mention. I had a repair person out andy they said its just the design. Other thatn that is cleans well and has enought options and is quiet. so three stars for the water issue with not solution.
