spend over $1000 for an appliance you expect it to last longer than 6 months before it needs repairs.
lost all power in the middle of a wash cycle. could not open door even after draining. customer service was no help and insisted on a serial number (located inside the door) before they would even consider warrantee service repair ticket.
i had to pull the very heavy machine out from the wall to access another serial number.
once i provied that i am told to wait 24-48 hours before anyone contacts us to even make a service appointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am writing this review as my laundry is drying in my new beautiful Samsung dryer. Although I am close to the machine, I can barely hear it. This is particularly good as the machine is located on the main level in my home next to the kitchen and the den. I have used the permanent press setting and am impressed that it only takes 31 minutes to dry a large load. Also, I can adjust the time allowing for more or less time. Like the Samsung washer I just purchased, I can use the app on my phone to control the machine. The steam sanitizer also works well to dry my clothes. I recommend this machine.

i purchased this set at lowe's because it got a high consumer rating, but it cannot handle dog beds, bathroom rugs or quilts, all the things my prior washer had no problems with. most of the time, the washer stops spinning, and i have to reload the sopping wet items and try again, sometimes several times. the dryer doesnt do that good of a job either, and i have to dry items several times. i tried to return the set by contacting samsung and lowes to no avail. i was beyond the return date by the time i determined the set was not good at washing bulky items. i have tried different settings, and have called samsung for assistance. i would not recommend this set.

Smart washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is more than a pretty face. Don't get me wrong, it is definitely got a sleek modern look but it's so much more. My favorite thing is how fast this washer can wash a load of laundry. A normal load washes in 45 min and quick wash is only 22 minutes. Another really great feature I never knew I needed was the drum light. When you open the door the light comes on making it possible to see what your doing without turning on all the lights. One really cool feature is the delay feature. It's great when your hubby decides we need to go somewhere when I'm about to start a load of clothes. Using the delay feature, I can let it know when I want this load to finish and its ready for the dryer when I return. This washer even has an app available. I can go over to check on my mom next door and when my clothes are finished with their cycle, it will send me a notification. This washer has beauty and brains and as a bonus, it sings alittle song when its done because its always over when the fat lady sings!!

A light at the end of the tunnel!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great washer! First it is quieter than our previous Samsung front loader and second, it has less shakes than the previous one. The washer is more efficient and gets the close nice and clean. Lot's of cycles to choose from including ones you can download which is a plus. Also like the Smart Control feature to be able to control the settings of the washer. Nice to see status on your phone and also on our Samsung QLED TVs! Only wish it was smart enough to rotate the laundry on its own! But at least it finally as a light inside the drum to ensure you have found all "straggler socks"! We have Samsung everything in the house and the washer complements and fits in nicely with all of our Samsung smart appliances. So Samsung was the obvious choice for our next washer!

Gorgeous Hunk of Washer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! What a washer!! I'm not too sure what about it makes my kids' smelly clothes smell better again (teenage boys), but it does!! The ability to really control the soil level, rinse level, and water temperature makes a huge difference. Previous washing machines I had only allowed for maybe 2 or 3 different levels on said features. Not all clothes, smells and stains are alike.
I tried the Permanent Press feature on this beauty and my clothes came out as if I hand washed them. Not wrinkled, or too wet. I also washed a full size comforter with room to spare, where as my previous washer the comforter was in their tight.
I don't understand the Bixby feature at all. I would want Bixby to rotate my clothes for me to bother with it.
I did get the matching pedestal from another store. It just adds much more storage and height to the washer.

Washer/ Dryer review
I bought my laundry pair approx 4 years ago and am so disappointed. My washer has orange residue from softer holder - possible rusting screw..: no one seems to know and although we vacuum lint trap on a regular basis… still had a lint fire. Dryer is designed with lint trap just above motor. Lint continues to roll off lint collector to motor. I have had numerous appliance maintenance professionals to my home with no answers. I’m in constant fear of a house fire. I am getting rid of both as soon as I can afford another set.

What an upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this dryer been better than advertised. The amount of options available is staggering. We are still experimenting with them. We are hoping that these options mean saving time and electricity. The smart connection is definitely a plus as we get reminded when cycles are complete directly on our phones. Of course it is also a beautiful machine. It does take a while to adjust to the controls and make the right choices, though. Once we know exactly how to increase time and temperature to get clothes just the way we want, we know it will be perfect, though.
