Vous économiserez de l'énergie et réduirez votre facture en utilisant cet isolant pour les conduites d'eau autour des assemblages de plomberie, les chauffe-eau et les conduites d'air. Dans les régions froides, vous empêcherez les tuyaux de geler en les entourant de cette feuille d'aluminium. Un rouleau mesure 4 pi sur 125 pi et il peut s'utiliser dans différents endroits de la maison, notamment les vides sanitaires et les murs. Étant donné que cet isolant mural est léger et facile à tailler aux dimensions voulues, c'est une solution pratique pour vos projets de rénovation. What is the difference between M2M and M2V?

M2V also has two layers of bubbles, but one side will have a metallized finish and the other one is a white polyethylene. Could I use this in my basement on my foundation walls (cinderblock)? Could I glue it in place and tape it to provide insulation and vapor barrier with Batts on the inside? If so, what glue is recommended?
Thank you for your recent inquiry and your interest regarding our product. RESISTO Reflective Insulation can indeed be used as a vapour barrier and could be bonded with a construction adhesive. However, it must be installed on the warm side of the assembly, according to the construction standards in your area. what is the R-Value of this product?
Thank you for your recent inquiry and your interest regarding our product. According to ASTM standards, the R-values for the Resisto Reflective Insulation are the following: Up heat flow direction: R-5; Down heat flow direction: R-10.34 and Horizontal heat flow direction: R-6.7. Is this product suitable for large metal doors?

Je suis très intéressé a isoler le toit de mon chalet avec ce produit, pour l'instant je n'ai que 1" de styrofoam blanc au plafond. Je me demandais si le facteur R est doubler si je met deux épaisseurs d'isolant M2M? Merci
Bonjour et merci pour votre intérêt envers notre produit. Comme il s'agit d'un isolant réfléchissant, qui reflète la chaleur, il n'est pas vraiment conseillé de l'utiliser 2 fois, car la 2e réflexion n'augmentera pas l'efficacité du produit de façon significative. De plus, comme il s'agit d'un produit pare-vapeur, l'humidité pourrait être trappée entre les deux couches du produit. Pour plus de détails, vous pouvez communiquer avec notre service technique. Used it to line the skirting on my Trailer
Easy to work with. Cut with a knife and scissors used metal tape and staples to to secure it.

Excellent Product
Framed out a container with wood. Lined the wood in and out with this and rock wool in the middle. 30 outside - inside framed area 20, unframed area 40+. Heated it last winter with a 400 w oil radiator out of CT.
Awesome product - get some good tape also.
