SDS Plus drill bit
The SDS Plus drill bit worked flawlessly. This drill bit was very durable, I drilled numerous holes into a cement wall with no problems at all. I would recommend this product without hesitation

One tough drill bit
First off I rated this a 4 instead of 5 simply because the bit shank is designed for a Dewalt Hammer Drill. I had another brand with a standard chuck. I had to work with the bit to get it centered into my drill chuck and get it centered and spin true. Once I finally got that accomplished I was able to drill into my concrete slab as a pilot hole then switched to a 1/2 Dewalt Masonary bit to complete my project. I had to drill into some extremely hard concrete that had granite rocks mixed into the original pour. Not pushing this bit hard, it did what it was intended to do.

Not sturdy enough
I bought it to drill 5 holes in a brick wall. after the 2nd hole it was ridiculous the amount of pressure I had to make for it to drill as far as the first two. By the end we just put the 4 since the 5th would have been impossible.

Concrete yes; granite, no...
Used this bit in a Bosch 1" SDS Plus Xtreme Bulldog rotary hammer, a very fine tool. This power tool was set on hammer, not drill. It punched right into the rock until the bit got stuck. After disengaging the tool, I was able to get it out of the rock in about 10 minutes with tapping in the sides to the shank. I then switched the setting to hammer drill, believing the continuous rotation would prevent it from getting stuck again. Even though I wasn't bearing down on the bit, just enough to engage the action, it simply rounded off the carbide. The tip actually looked like a hollow point bullet. Went back to Lowes and bought the Dewalt equivalent with a four point tip. it did the same thing eventually but snapped off the tip. Lesson learned: let the tool do all the work, just hold it in place... and be patient.

Don't Waste Your Money
I bought a 5/32" bit to just drill 8 holes in my 38 year old slab. The first hole took incredibly too long. The second hole was just too much for this bit. The tip had gotten smoothed out on the first hole. It was very frustrating seeing how much I spent on it. The packaging states very proudly that it has a "Long Life In Concrete." This bit did not.

The best I've found.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used up several bits drilling brick to install Ring doorbell. This bit and my hammer drill did the job. Very pleased with purchase.

Good product
I'm generally happy with Bosch and this masonry bit didn't disappoint. Coupled with my Bosch rotary hammer drill this made easy work of drilling multiple holes in a concrete wall.
