Can someone steal mail from this?
Yes, easily by pushing in the "locked" panel at the bottom. (The hinges easily pop out of place and the panel falls off)

Great, not perfect
Great design and look, but it has one main flaw: ... the lower panel that opens to grant access to the mail has hinges that are kept in place by bendable tabs... these tabs easily get bent back once you put pressure on the door. (In other words, anyone can easily push the panel in and take your mail without needing the key). In fact, it arrived in the mail with the door off because the package had gotten squished and the pressure on the panel made the hinges pop out. Conclusion: a GREAT product IF you don't care about security. (after all, many mailboxes don't have a lock at all!
