How many shelves does the tower kit have in it? Thank you

Will this tower work for my closet 46 inches wide, 23 inces deep and 90 inches tall?
The answer is yes. The unit is 17.5 inches wide and the poles have a minimum length of 26.5 inches. If you install poles only on one side of the unit, you won't need to cut them. If you install poles on both sides, you will have to cut them, which should be easy to do.

Would this fit/work with my 40 inch wide and 96 inch high closet?
Yes for height, no for width. You'd have to cut one rail and not use the other. Better to buy individual pieces.

My space is 81” high and 124” wide, can this fit?
If you are using 1 16" tower, it will not fit. The rods do not extend pass 48". Even the 25" tower will be short! You can use 2 16" towers and then the rods will work. The height will be an issue as well as the towers measure approx. 82" high. You can cut the bottom section off without affecting the stacking process.

If my closet is 48 inches, with the tower of 16 inches, can I still have posts on each side for 16 inches each?
I got this for my closet which is only 43 inches wide. I could only fit the hanging rod on one side. At it's shortest length, the rod is about 26 inches.
If you have the tools, you could cut the rod to make it shorter.

Can you install this organizer if you leave the existing closet shelf in? It's the standard wire closet shelf that comes with all new builds...

Thanks for your email.
The standard builder closet is typically a wood plank held up by a cleat on the 3 walls. It is set at a height of approx. 70".
The SuiteSymphony tower is over 80" tall. This would mean the cleat would be in the way.
We recommend removing the cleat and push the tower against the wall

Super mom and power drill
I bought 2 kits a couple of weeks ago. I installed my 20 yr old daughter’s yesterday and I’m half way through installing mine today. Assembly of the towers is easy. I was concerned with securing the rods and tower to the wall - but I found it went smoothly yesterday. I really like my power drill and the instructions helped with the right size for drilling the prehole for the anchor- so it’s secure. Well enough of a break - back to work. I’m so looking forward to my new closet! Oh and if you order online don’t forget you ID in the car

Shipped a returned item
When I received the package it had clearly been opened previously. The closet organizer had been taken out of it's original packaging and placed back in the box with the packaging stuffed back in the box. There was some damage to the corners 9f the panels. Some of the hardware had already been attached to the panels. This was previously a returned item and shipped back out as new.

I purchased a 4th rod for this closet maid and it has doubled our storage, it was extremely easy to assemble ( compared to Ikea ) , I also put in two drawers (also easy to assemble) gives the closet a organized look,

Material quality just ok
Purchased the kit with drawers and rods. Quality of the laminate is thin and doesn’t feel very robust. In a smaller closet like mine, I had to cut both the metal rods and wood shelves to make it work. The braces for the tower boxes is cardboard. Finished product looks good in the end.

It was easy to install. I did it myself. It looks great. I am pleased with the quality and the price was the lowest anywhere. I pre ordered online and it was easy to just pick it up at my local Lowes.
