I’m interested in this set and I don’t treat reviews as gospel or anything but the reviews for this have a common thread … the screws fall out! Any idea if that design issue has been addressed? were just about to buy it … but …
Dear customer, we analyzed the PS strips of the chair armrests and the PS strips of the stool because of the excessive force of the locking screws and made adjustments accordingly.

Disappointing and waste of hard earned money
I bought this table May 2022 because I fell in love with it on display in the store. When putting it together 2 chair arms wouldn't go on as the slats were warped, we tried gluing and placing on and that didn't work either but we put up with it. It was under the gazebo all last summer and was covered for the winter and when I uncovered it this past May the table top rusted, bubbled and looked horrible. The bench slats warped and aren't flat or fastened anymore and it looks 10 years old. Purchased this on a one year payment plan and the table was falling apart before I even made my last payment, very frusterating especially in today's economy when we work so hard for everything we have. I have never been so upset purchasing something of high value. I would not recommend this product no matter how nice it looks because it won't even last a year no matter how well you take care of it. So very frusterated and upset regarding this product.

Not worth for outdoor
I bought this dining set at the end of summer last and within 6 month without being used, this spring slats on the top of the bench popped up and screws fell down on the ground. Its poor craftsmanship of the product. I had tough time reaching out to customer service and explain them about the issue. I am not sure what will happen once the warranty is over. Not recommended product for sure

Sturdy Dining Set (to a degree ...)
We purchased this set in the spring of 2022. So far it's held up really well, with the exception of the 'wooden' armrest falling off of the right-hand side of each chair. It's not possible to screw them back on, so next summer I'll have to resort to gluing them all on.
Aside from that, it's a great set. The cushions are very comfortable, the bench came in handy for restless children and the fire feature was a huge hit for roasting marshmallows and entertaining guests.
I would recommend this set, but for this price point I would expect everything to remain intact. I'm a DIYer so I don't mind fixing aesthetic issues.

Should of read the reviews!
I didn’t read the reviews like I normally do but I also don’t purchase such high ticket items. My husband and I just built a new deck and he wanted to buy a good patio set and not a ‘cheap one’. We’ve had this for a little over 3 months and the only good thing is the table. It doesn’t wobble or seem to have any loose screws and the fire table insert still seems to be working fine. We need to re-screw most of the screws in the chairs weekly and a few of them have just popped off and fell down the deck. Very disappointing considering this costs $1700 to purchase. It’s almost as if they made it without the intention of it sitting outside in the elements.

slats on bench already falling off
several of the predrilled holes were too large for the hardware. after a week of use, hardware has slipped out in places, leaving loose joints and a wood slat on the bench falling off. i expect better for this price

Magnifique et pratique
Nous adorons la magnifique table, l’espace feu fonctionne très bien et est très joli. Nous apprécions les coussins de chaises confortables et même imperméables. seuls petits soucis, nous n’avons pas trouvé d’instructions de montage, ce qui aurait facilité le montage. Aussi, après seulement quelques jours, une vis d’un appuie-bras d’une chaise est parti, donc le morceau bouge. Nous devons réparer.
