I’m planning to purchase this set. After reading the reviews this I’m reluctant to order. What is the store policy for replacing? Would hate to assemble this and have an issue for one piece. Lot of assembly than the set is worth.

Beautiful patio set
We bought this patio set a month ago and enjoying it so far. Very comfortable, spacious, deep and thick cushion seats. The color in the pic looks greyish but it’s a beautiful black tone with neutral grey seat covers. The coffee table size is also decent enough with an additional under table space to it. Assembly took around 2 hrs and is a 2 person’s job. Little goof up they did in putting the screws as mentioned in the manual but it was no big deal. Manual instructions are not very clear so make sure you read it twice before fixing it. Overall it’s a comfortable and beautiful patio set.

Great value priced set
Happy with purchase, combined discounts resulted in a great price. Box is large and heavy, required mini van to haul it home. Assembly instructions are fairly comprehensive. Make sure that you don't tighten down any fasteners until all are in position to avoid problems. As mentioned in other reviews, in spite of being blister packed, 2 missing bolts and nuts caused problems. Someone (the manufacturer needs to read reviews in order to address this. Had to travel to hardware store to pick up two bolts and nuts. Funny tho, two extra bolts of wrong size included. All in all a good set, you do get what you pay for though.

Beautiful Set, but no instructions
Just unpacked our new patio set and can’t wait to sit back and relax on it, however there were no instructions in the box.
Is this an issue? To some maybe.... but since I’m a man, I would have done my Manly duty and discard the instruction before even glancing at them. Perhaps I could have used the instructions to start a fire to light a big cigar on whilst drinking only the finest single malt scotch.
Regardless, set looks nice.
Oh, and there’s no instructions.

Great Set - Great Price!
Very happy with this set, and can’t beat the price for what is included. Relatively easy to set-up, had it put together in about an hour. Appreciated the reviews advising that the set is 2 bolts and washers short (labelled AA on the packaging). Advised Lowe’s of the reviews stating this and they threw the additional bolts and washers in at no cost. Very comfortable and solid set, and get it on sale for a fraction of what some other brands cost for similar. Neighbours liked it so much they are going to get one too. Would have rated at 5 if all materials for set-up were included.

Looks great!
Bought this on sale and also with an extra amount off on promotion so it was a very good deal. Very comfortable and looks great. Previous reviews about 2 missing bolts were correct. Needed 2 extra longer bolts for table assembly. Was able to swap 2 from under a chair to make do. Also bolts C or CC, I forget what he designation was now, the longest ones and only 2 of them....they go in the middle of the base of the loveseat. Manual does not show that. Less one star for that.

Great set but...........
Like many Canadians, I enjoy sitting! Sitting on rocks; sitting in a canoe; sitting on benches and all manner of things. So when it came time to decide what we were going to sit on outside, I was excited to make the decision! What were we going to sit on? Well we picked this! And now that it's (partially) built, I have to say, it's pretty comfy. Full marks for that, for sure.
But man oh man, getting to (partial) build really makes you appreciate sitting on rocks.
Rocks don't need extra drill holes. Rocks don't have mismatched parts. Or at least, if they do, you can't really blame the rock.
I suspect that the supplied part J is not for this set. Check out the photos! I can understand things being off by a 1/4 inch here or there... but this is a bit much. From other reviews, it sounds like this kind of problem wasn't unique to our set. So caveat emptor: let the buyer beware. When asked to build your own patio set, sometimes you get a dud.

Not a recommended purchase
I bought this a few days ago and thought I'd put it together on a nice sunny day. Unfortunately, the pieces are very hard to put together and even harder to put together when the holes have been drilled in the wrong place. Customer service is lackluster at best with one customer service rep actually hanging up on us and the other unable to find the item using the item number. A complete disgrace and poor quality for the cost.
