Great set of Wrenches w Nice Finish. Great Price!
I purchased these flare wrenches in a pinch when I was replacing the brake lines in my Honda. The 10mm fit perfectly and was very useful in removing multiple brake lines and fitting new ones. The fit is nice and the wrenches are nice, beefy and sturdy. It's important to note that I was removing original brake lines that are 20 years old. To get that done you cannot just fit the wrench and start tugging on the brake line. It helps to add a little penetrating oil and lightly tap the brake fitting with a small hammer to loosen the rust. For this job, I only used the 10mm wrench and it performed flawlessly.

Oversized - kills the whole purpose
I picked these up for brake lines. I needed both the 10mm (for the nipple fitting) and 17mm for flexible hose. Both are oversized by at least 1/2mm. My regular box ends fit tight. These were loose and wobbly. Kills the whole purpose of needing the flare nut wrenches. I'll be bringing them back.

Craftsman tools are not what they used to be
I purchased a set of craftsman line wrenches today to remove a wheel cylinder brake line. Not only is the fitment very loose, but the wrench itself just flexes around the faces of the nut when turned. An absolute disappointment and they will be returned promptly.

Metric Flare Nut Wrench set, Craftsman
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up on Craftsman tools, and adding this 5-piece set to my collection was inevitable. Having the right tool for the job can make a world of difference, and these are great for working on tubing and brake line bleed screws when you really cannot afford to break or round off the nut. Quality tool for a good price always equals value in my book!

Could fit better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These flare nut wrenches look nice and have nicely bent ends to seat close to where the nut is screwed into but don't fit tightly on the flare nut. I used the 12 and 14mm wrenches to loosen brake lines at a master cylinder and rounded off one of the two 12mm nuts because the wrench had to lose of a fit on the nut. The nut was in like new condition with no rust and wasn't a SAE size. Others I know have had this problem of rounding off perfectly shaped flare nuts with other makes off flare nut wrenches that also have too lose of fit and all including myself are using the wrench set in the correct position when loosening. If these and other makers would tighten the fit and make them being forged maybe they would work like they should. Thanks to repeated heat cycling with a butane torch and vise grips I did get the nut loose. Hopefully if you get these yours will fit better.

They look good but don't work that way!
Thought I was buying a decent set of wrenches, looked good, price not bad. But that was not the case. They slipped and rounded the flare nuts I was trying to remove. Used an open end wrench without any problems even on the rounded nuts. I will be returning these.
