Not wrinkle free
The package indicates that it is wrinkle free when stretched, however it is impossible to stretch with your hands as the mesh is fiberglass which is not a stretchable material. If you try and stretch it while inserting the spline, it will create creases and become wavy. The tool included with the kit works, but it's hard on your hands/fingers. The spline is also too thick to fit into the channel; this may be my problem and your result may vary. I ended up using the old spline. I'd recommend doing this outdoors or in the garage as there is a very strong off-gas with the mesh. If you're not much of a DIY person, I'd recommend paying a professional to rescreen your door.

not user friendly!
I purchased this having never repaired a screen and was reassured this would make it easy. I had such a hard time with the tool provided, trying to press it into the groove of the screen. The spline was too thick as well which may it hard on the hands. Also the screen is so flimsy it started to tear as I was pushing it in. I have an older patio window, so maybe this is meant for newer ones?
