Ce détecteur de montants de marque CRAFTSMAN allie précision et efficacité. Conçu pour détecter le centre du montant pour des résultats d'une précision inégalée, il vous permet de trouver les montants en bois ou en métal à une profondeur maximale de 1 1/2 po. Sa calibration automatique vous offre des lectures cohérentes, et il peut même détecter la présence de câbles sous tension, vous évitant ainsi de percer dans vos fils électriques. Des flèches à DEL et des notifications sonores vous permettent d'identifier l'emplacement des montants. simple to use, accurate every time, amazing produc
this is absolutely easy to easy, and accurate every time finding the center of the stud. press and hold, wait for the calibration which is shorter waiting time, then move to the direction to find the stud. no matter how many times I try, same spot, simply amazing product!

Guessing is more accurate
This shows I have AC just about everywhere but never finds a stud. Giving up and going to get some cheaper that actually works. I bought this because of the Craftsman name but this product is subpar. This isn’t any better than just taking a best guess.

Can’t figure out what’s going on.
I will go over the same spot 3 or 4 times, and sometimes it would show AC and sometimes it wouldn’t. Not sure what I’m doing wrong!

Thought it was me
I want to thank reviewers. I have had this stud finder for a couple of years & kept thinking it was me since this is my first one. I changed batteries, moved VERY slowly & still isn’t finding the studs.

DOESNT work
It’s not useful it doesn’t work at all. And I didn’t find it clear how it was supposed to work but that might be cause I’m dumb

Completely worthless
I was hoping that this would be an improvement on just using my knuckle to thump on the wall to find studs. It's not. It's a worthless piece of garbage that finds AC power everywhere. I must have thousands of miles of wires in my walls. Don't waste your money.

Simple control but inconsistent working
Very simple to use and simple interface, easy to use stud finder. I did not have to go through lots of instructions. Very simple light interface to tell you about the live wires and the studs in wall.
Sometimes the studs are not correctly detected and we need to do multiple pass. but definitely get the work done. Can be carried easily.

I want my money back
I thought " Oh cant go wrong with Craftsman quality". Well with this product you can. I don't know if it's just cheaply made and Craftsman slapped their brand on it or if Craftsmen even performed tests on this stud finder. False readings constantly through .05 inch drywall, never hit the center of stud, sometimes accurate on the edge? C'mon man. I realize it measures density behind the wall, what I don't understand is why it was indicating stud placement when there was nothing there to indicate just empty space. After drilling and not hitting a thing several times and testing it to where we new where it was supposed go off and results were disappointing. I need to be precise in my line of work and this Craftsman Stud Sensor totally failed.
