Description
Ce couvercle est l'accessoire de plaque chauffante parfait pour tous vos besoins de grillades. Le couvercle de 12 po est idéal pour cuisiner en petits groupes ou pour quelques personnes à la fois. Would give it more stars but....
Enjoyed all of the Blackstone products, but this one. Hopefully it was just a fluke, but the handle broke off. Can not find a replacement handle for these anywhere! I'd purchase one if necessary if I could find one. Where can I get a replacement handle/knob?

A Must Have!
I bought this about a month ago at one of many Blackstone's retail partners and this is definitely a must have. I could not be happier about this purchase. I cook just about everything under this dome. Combined with a timer, you can cook ANYTHING in about 10 to 15 minutes under this dome. It will be crisp on the outside but moist and juicy on the inside. A small squirt of cold water under the dome along with using a timer and 5 minute rest time, you will have one of the best meals you have ever had in your life. Fried Chicken takes about 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side) and it's falling off the bone. Steaks come out to medium depending on how thick they are and hash brown patties are phenomenal. Frozen eggrolls come out delicious each and everytime.
