Folding Razor Knife
Like the size - close/same length of a jack knife. The razore knife folds into handle with ease and locks firmly when rotated open or closed.
What is very nice is access to and storage of spare blades. Much better then unscrewing a screw, separating the halfs to access the spare blades and installing a spare razor blade and then fuble around to reassemble the knife parts.
On the Craftsman knife installing the replacement razor bade is easy - just push a button near the blade, the used blade releases and can be pulled out, a new one can be inserted, button released, and the blade is held firmly in place.
Best Razor Knife I every bought and I have bought many!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife comes with no instructions on how to open the blade storage or how to fold and unfold the knife. once I figured how to unfold it and how to open the blade storage it is a sturdy knife and easy to hold and use. the other negative is that the blade storage looks like it will only hold two or three blades. if you are using it for something that the blades wear out easily you will be chasing blades. the knife is a little heavier than most ulity knifes, I would not buy this there are better folding utility knifes on the market

plastic catch broke on 2nd use
This utility knife could have been perfect except for one cheap decision. It has several nice features ...lightweight, folds, stores a blade, changes blades easily... and a lot of it is metal. BUT the one stress point that is plastic is the latch holding the cover and this bent the second time I opened the blade storage so there is no longer any tension, and it will break off soon. There is a lifetime warranty but I may opt for another item.

Disappointing
Looks great in the package and at a reasonable price but there are no directions. After opening the knife, I see no way to fold it back down and it doesn’t appear to have a blade which the package indicates is included. Should not be this difficult and I am not going to search for a video to figure it out. Do better Craftsman.

Safe-t-knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Craftsman utility knife for many reasons...When folded it is small and compact. It has a neat little ares to store replacement blades. The lock open system is durable for cutting in hard to reach areas, Great for any toolbox, shop or even around the house!

i just spent 10 mintues trying to figure out how to 1. close/ fold this knife
2. open the blade holder. I give up. Haven't even tried to put a blade in. Those are the only instructions that come with the packaging. I little instruction on the packaging would be helpful Craftsman people. Ridiculous.

Improved Utility Knife
Well made, well designed, easy blade changes, compact. In my opinion far superior to the old style of straight non-folding retractable utility knives. Nice too, to have spare blades stored in the handle, and a quick tool less change out.

Works Well - Does Fold
I also had issues with trying to get it to fold back down and it took me seeing a you tube ad to figure it out. When you look into the open side of the handle, you'll see a black piece that looks attached, but it's not, it's what locks the knife into position. You just use your finger where the ridges are to push it down so it's no longer locking the knife into position, then you can fold it down again. It does work well, though, I had no issues when testing out the storage space and I don't think it's cheap plastic. I expect this to last a long time. I only find the button for the release of the blade to be a little awkward for me. I have to play around with positioning my finger right to be able to press it down far enough.
