Ce coupe-bordure de 15 po est doté de la technologie POWERLOAD(MC) capable d'enrouler automatiquement votre fil de coupe. Le remplacement de votre ligne de cordes est facile. Il suffit d'alimenter la ligne dans la tête et d'appuyer sur un bouton! Avec la tige télescopique en aluminium, ajustez facilement la longueur de la tige pour faciliter l'utilisation et le confort. Cette tondeuse est construite avec un moteur sans balai à haut rendement, une avance de ligne d'alimentation par bosses, une ligne de coupe professionnelle de 0,095 pouce et est compatible avec toutes les batteries EGO ARC Lithium(MC). I bought a EGO lawn mower last year , and i bought a EGO trimmer yesterday !! I thought that the battery were the same size so i would have a spare battery ! The trimmer battery is much smaller ! Can it be used on the lawn mower ?

I bought the ST1511T yesterday. It came included with a standard charger and the 56v 2.5Ah battery that is advertised to last 45mins per charge. Tried it twice full charge and it lasted only 15mins. Why? Is it defective?

New EGO 15 inch Trimmer ST1510T
New to the EGO product line., reviewed a few vids on the product., kinda like cliff notes on the trimmer.., so assembly went flawlessly and a small run test performed to assure battery and trimmer were operational.., did not test the rewind function, forgot….received this toward the end of Sept. , so fall season is happening…this is my 2nd elec trimmer., my other is a Shindiwa T3000 , the OE battery is hard to come by.., so I scooped up on this EGO., and it does not whine like Shindiwa., so both are 56v 2.5amh…..If this performs as advertised I will be happy., as of today the Shindiwa battery lasted 45 min of operation on a 50 / 100% variable throttle..,

Best trimmer on the market!
I am a 53 yo woman who has never mowed a lawn in my life. This amazing trimmer is so easy to put together and a complete powerhouse on tall weeds! I started with the SunJoe trimmer and I am so glad I switched to this phenomenal EGO power trimmer. Cut my work time in half. See photos! I cleared that entire hill in just over an hour. Battery life is about 45 min but it charges quickly. Slices through stems over an inch thick like butter! String mechanism is so easy to operate. Your biceps will get a good workout and this trimmer is incredibly smooth to handle. Great investment!

unit is fairly lite for battery powered unit. Cuts better than my old gas powered unit. Do keep in mind that there are caveats to the run rime and recharge time. Recharge will take about 50 min. you get 30 of runtime. If you run the unit till battery is dead, the battery will be warm enough that the charger will not start charging for probably 20-30 minutes. This means 75-90 min between weed eating sessions, unless you get a 2nd battery. Do like the foldability for transporting. Overall good replacement for most smaller/mid sized gas units.

because you will spend most of your time replacing line or taking the head off to untangle the line where it has broken off and jammed inside the head. The head does NOT remove easily, so expect to use two screwdrivers to depress the tabs. If you are using it for anything other than flat lawn, the autofeed causes it to run out of line within 5 minutes. It won't work against a house, bed edgings, or retaining walls. If you are clearing anything where it has to take down anything other than grass, the autofeed will run you out of line immediately. The only satisfaction I got was throwing it away and getting a Stihl gas powered weed eater that works.

Major Design Issue
The EGO string trimmer has performed well and the cutting line auto reload feature is great. The 2.5 Ah battery provides multiple usages before needing to be recharged. But there is one serious flaw in the design of the trigger switch. It is impossible to keep the speed at a constant RPM, unless I am standing still. Moving the trimmer into and out of the area being cut causes the amount of pressure on the trigger to change causing the speed to fluctuate drastically. I do not have tall grass so I want to keep the speed a slow as possible, but with the EGO it is impossible. There is insufficient tension on the trigger switch to be able to keep the speed constant. Therefore, I would not recommend this product.

Corded to wireless battery.
I went from a corded electric weed eater to this and it’s such a major difference. I can cut faster, the string lasts longer, there’s no cord in the way, it’s very responsive, there’s a high and low feature, and it doesn’t get bogged down in heavy weeds. The major difference is how fast I can weed eat and go from one area to another quickly. I like how the battery will tell you how much juice it has out of the 6 notches. The charger charges quickly and will show you the progress. Overall, this was a great buy and worth the money.

Chervon the company who makes these have a BBB rating of "F" check it out....This is NOT Chevron that sells gas.....I bought one of these...try to pry off lower head of string dispenser before buying and you'll understand why no recommendation to a friend...once succeeding do this and adding string bumper does not allow string to dispense....The unit sure looks pretty and with a 5 year warranty who can complain, but wait dispenser not included. Even Consumer reports gives this unit their highest rating "90" I don't think they attempted to take lower unit apart to load string or attempt to bump to dispense their comments referred to everything else....

Good trimmer for light duty esp. for electric!
Product was factory sealed and well packaged. Works better than I had expected and actually tackled heavier grasses than I thought it could. It does not begin to replace my heavier and more powerful Husqvarna, but it is lighter and easier to handle and much less noisy. I bought this for my wife to do light edging around her flower beds and yard art.. the variable speed helps prevent unintended damage. However, the balance is a little awkward and prolonged use is tough on the opposite side lower back muscles. Full charge gave me about 45+ minutes cutting time. Another plus is it doesn't cover your legs, chest and face in nearly as much severed grass pieces.
