La contre-porte standard en verre trempé à visibilité moyenne Southport de marque Larson est dotée d'un demi-écran réversible, permettant un positionnement de l'écran vers le haut ou vers le bas, selon vos préférences. Il comprend également un levier extérieur décoratif avec serrure intérieure, ainsi qu'une fermeture fiable constituée d'un ferme-porte à vitesse réglable et de couleur assortie. La garantie à vie limitée offre la tranquillité d'esprit pour votre investissement. L'installation est facile avec la méthode d'installation «EasyHand»: les rails de montage réglables font en sorte qu'aucune coupe n'est nécessaire, et l'expanseur inférieur peut être entièrement ajusté pour assurer un joint étanche. I have the 360-16 door. The sweep needs to be replaced. Your parts page shows the type that came with the door with a non-replicable rubber strip and an optional sweep that looks like the rubber strip is replaceable. Is the optional type replaceable?

I bought the Southport model and after installing it, I tried to put the screen at the top, but quickly learned that the screen can only be on the bottom. Is there a wat to put the screen on the top?

I'm looking at the 660-16 and read that the lower panel is steel. Would the sun shining on it cause excess heat? Do you make a door like this that the lower panel has insulation?

What is the difference between 660-18 and 360-18

Thank you for the question. The difference between the two doors is the handles, the 360-18 has the lever handle on the outside and the 660-18 has a push button handle.

if you follow the directions you can install it by yourself...however i would suggest taking out the glass panels before trying to lift, hang and secure singlehandedly. other than the scuff mark on the outside of the door that happened during shipping - it's a quality door

Nice door for the money.
I bought this door because of the retractable glass/screen. However, switching the screen from the bottom position to the top position was not that easy. I don't know why Larson doesn't ship the door with the screen at the top instead of the bottom. The retractable latches are not that easy to slide in and then hold while trying to get the glass back into the right track and having to hold the screen in place at the same time, especially with fingernails. It took me a few tries but I finally got the screen switched to the top of the door without breaking the glass, which I was sure I was going to do. Also, the screen mesh is a bit flimsy so I may get it rescreened with stronger mesh. The door itself seems sturdy and was easy to install.

Really nice, low price storm door
Larson storm doors are simply the best. I've had other, more expensive storm doors that never last as long as a Larson. Nice light door that works perfectly. The finish is flawless. Absolutely recommend this door.

Looks nice but not holding up well ..
Bought this in Jan 2023 for under $300 which was much more than I had expected. Meanwhile the price on the website today is $389+GST Yikes! 8 months in and plastic components holding the glass to the door are starting to show cracks. Hope it is only cosmetic and not structural!
