On the Pet Premier Door, is there a movable window behind the screen that can close off the outside air during colder weather?

We just bought this door and installed it last weekend but ran out of time to do the handle, between then and now we seem to have lost the print out that you tape to the door for drilling the holes. Is there anyway I could get a pdf of that?

Can the 360-79 door be painted?
Thank you for the question. The extruded aluminum doors need to have the surface scrubbed with steel wool, sandpaper, or a Scotch Brite pad to remove any grease or oils. Apply an epoxy primer. Topcoat with a premium grade of solvent-based acrylic lacquer or solvent-based enamel paint. For the best results, have it done at a body shop, as they have the proper equipment.

Can I get the model 360-79 pet storm door in graphite?
Thank you for the question. The 360-79 is not offered in the color graphite. Unfortunately, the graphite color is not available in a pet door.

The extra inches will be added to the bottom of the door and the top of the door and window opening will remain the same size.

I want a door with a screen instead of glass. I have a 110lbs dog and would like the pet door. Do you have any options that would work for me?

Why did I wait so long?
Directions were pretty easy to follow, few errors but went together relatively easy and quick. Took about 1.5 hours with just me. Very happy with it so far!

Overall pretty decent
Just installed it yesterday so cannot speak to the longevity but seems to be solidly made. Installation was ok, seemed to take longer than previous door. Be prepared to do a lot of drilling. There appear to be pre-drilled holes on side of door but they do not align with hinges except for the very top and very bottom holes, so don't know if that is a manufacturing error or the holes are just there for the heck of it.
Also, the door itself is measures exactly 79 inches, definitely an inch shorter than the door it replaced so a significant gap exists between the bottom of the door and the threshold. Will have to purchase a different sweeper or weather stripping to close that gap.
Door handle only rotates a little bit but enough to open and close the door so not really a big deal.
But overall, I like the looks of it and I think it will serve it's purpose.

Should come in Black!
Love this door! Our dogs took to immediately. My only complaint is that it does not come in Black to match our trim.
