Awesome Product
I bought this wrench because I have a tractor and did not want to fight taking off lug nuts off a tire. It worked great....used a Kobalt 2hp 5gal air compressor. It was quick. I can see changing the blades on bushhog and other difficult tasks being much easier. I liked this one better than the Kobalt even though it was more expensive.

great impact
bought this gem after trying several lesser impact guns. got fed up and decided to buy a brand i recognized even if the price wasn't in my original ballpark. most of the time you get what you pay for and this dewalt got rid of my headaches. easily takes lugs off my 2009 jeep on the lowest setting. running a 33 gallon husky with a little over 5 cfm @ 90 and it will run this all day. make sure you have a 3/8 hose

Good so far
I used it to drive 1/2" X 3" lag bolts into laminated beams. I was doing this by hand using a long handled 1/2" drive ratchet and it required a lot of pull, even though I drilled 716" pilot holes to the full depth of the bolts. With only 55 psi regulated air it was a one hand operation with the impact wrench with almost no discernible torque. I have some 5/8" and 3/4" lag bolts ahead of me. I expect I will need to bump up the air pressure a little, but this is unbelievably easier than using a ratchet.
Happy, happy, happy!

Very good investment!
This tool is excellent. It's very expensive but well worth the money. It can crack loose lug nuts with ease and tighten them with ease as well. Dewalt makes quality tools. It's pretty much the only brand I will personally buy.
As I said, it's very expensive. But quality isn't cheap these days now either.

Great impact wrench
I bought this impact wrench for automotive work and it does a great job. It easily loosens stubborn nuts and bolts. This impact gun is rated for 5.9 cfm @ 90 psi free speed and 3.9 cfm @ 90 psi at load. I am running this impact gun on a 26 gallon air compressor, 125 psi, 1.5 hp, 4 cfm @ 90 psi. I adjust the regulator at 90 - 95 psi.
This gun will remove those stubborn nuts and bolts, such as axle nuts, pulley bolts, suspension nuts and bolts, lug nuts, etc. with no troubles at all. I can remove a 5 lug wheel in literally under a minute. I can remove two 5 lug wheels and start on the third wheel before my compressor kicks on to recharge. I use this impact gun more on a intermittent level versus a continuous level. So far so good. Great product.

This will not let you down
I have owned this for over a year now and have found nothing it couldn't handle. I have used it for lawnmower blades, lug nuts, crank bolts and a very rusty 1974 bronco deer lease truck.

Strong!
The Dewalt 1/2" Heavy Duty impact wrench has worked out great for me! I fix cars in my driveway and decided to step up to air tools. I have other Dewalt tools so I naturally chose Dewalt first. The 1/2" impact wrench makes the work I do so much easier. It's fairly light, has a very comfortable grip and is very strong. I haven't found a bolt yet that I can't loosen with this impact wrench! Thank you Dewalt for always making quality tools!

Good torque, reversing could be improved
I like the torque and air usage, but the reversing valve could use some improvement. The problem is that it is actually a little TOO convenient and I found myself moving it accidentally. I guess it just takes some getting used to.
