Description
Le radiateur infrarouge en verre céramique offre des performances de qualité supérieure qui chauffe aussi bien qu'il en a l'air. Super helpful in cool temps!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dimplex - Indoor/Outdoor Infrared Heater is incredibly helpful in keeping you warm during those chilly days and nights. The mounting is easy and the sleek finish helps the heater fade into the background where you only notice that it's keeping you warm. It works great!

Very bad product, do not buy!
Do not trust the reviews posted on dimplex.com. They don't allow bad reviews to be posted. 2 were installed by my backyard contractor. They didn't survive the first winter as water got into the electronics. I contacted support and they shipped replacement PCB boards which I got installed. Now the heaters don't turn on with the remote.

love it
My wife was waiting soooo long for me to get a new infrared heater lamp. She is very happy that i got one.
So far so good. It works great . I mounted it on a high ceiling above our bed
We are like lizards basking in the heat.

heating element did not come on.
Three heaters installed. One heater did not fire up. Manufacturer could not offer any help in getting this item repaired or replaced. Very disappointed with this item. The wait online for dimplex was more than 45 minutes and then I had to get a call back. I rate this product low because you cannot get a new heater or parts for repair for months.

Easy install, great heater
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dimplex Indoor/Outdoor infrared heater is a a gorgeous heater that is easy to install. The heater heats up quickly and elevated the look of our patio with the design. I’m excited to try to automate the remote control with an infrared controller next to have it be able to be controlled via voice.

Love this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this product. I needed to get professional to install on my liani but it does not take up much space and when on puts out a good deal of heat. I will love this on chilly days as it will still allow me to sit outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with this heater . Great addition to our patio . It looks so good . Fancy of course. It heats quick and the auto shut off is great. It was so easy to install . Less than 2 hours it was all done... I recommended 100%.
