Purchased 4 Parkview swivel rocker chairs the end of May. Two chairs have too much rock to them. When sitting in these two chairs you rock too far forward. How do I fix this?
Fixed! Make sure the stand part is installed Under the the top bracket for balance. Pictures detail needs to be larger on instructions.

Comfortable and well made
I recently purchased the package of 2 patio chairs and am very happy with my purchase. The chairs are really comfortable and the grey cushions are well made and durable. I have left the cushions out in the rain a few times and they do repel the rain and dry very quickly. Further to some of the comments on the assembly, there are a lot of pieces. However, I am a lady in my 60s and I had no difficulty putting the chairs together myself following the instructions. I did use my own tools (drive set) rather than the tools provided which definitely quickened the process. All of my pieces aligned and the finished product looks great.

Both chairs broke
We bought these at the very end of last season. The metal base broke off of the chair frame on BOTH chairs within a few months. Took them to a shop to have them re-welded, and they told us that it's not possible. These chairs were an absolute waste of money.l

Nope.
Recently purchased this chair set,once the product is assembled,it seems alright.
But beware,on the box it says"easy assembly".No way,no how should that be on the box.
You need a engineering degree,plus the help off least two other people to pull pieces into allingment for screw assembly.
And check all parts before you assemble,I found a defective joint in the chair back,,
But shout out,to Store employee"Mellisa",she took care of everything and made it right,when I returned the part.

Loving This Set!
We purchase these two chairs with the love seat and coffee table. We absolutely love it. It took a couple hours to assemble but it’s fairly straightforward. It’s very cozy and comfortable and a lovely sitting area in our sun room.

easy to assemble
for those complaining about the assembly, all screws are put in half way then tighten them down, that way you have no alignment issues. doing it that way was easy peasy, did 2 chairs, loveseat and table in about one and half hours.
this set is comfortable and looks great on my balcony.

Poor Construction
I bought these chairs a week ago. I do not own a truck or vehicle in which to haul them so had to arrange for someone to pick them up for me. While putting them together was challenging, once one chair was done the 2nd was much quicker. My problem is that one chair sits higher than the other and they both listed to one side. After confirming that all bolts were tight I found adding extra washers corrected the balance that it was out side to side but not the fact that one chair sits higher than the other. I have also confirmed that the swivel post is completely seated against the base.

Save Yourself!!!!!!
The assembly of these chairs required the use of a pry bar a hammer plenty of patience and time.
The pre-drilled brackets and the threaded bolts could not be aligned.
Instructions suggested putting bolts in part way until everything is lined up . . . HAH!!! Still out by 3/4 of an inch.
Used to be able to bend steel with my bare hands, but those days are long gone; so I took a hammer to the brackets and prayed they wouldn't snap off. Probably not the smartest thing to do but it eventually worked.
After a significant amount of cursing, sweating and re-engineering I have a beautiful patio set.
It's possible that I was just unlucky, but since all four arms of the two chairs were equally out of kilter I'd guess that I'm not alone.
