Does the chair come in pieces that I have to assemble.
Yes,. but it is very easy. No small pieces except the legs. I did it myself ans I am a 75 year old woman. As a matter of fact this chair I purchased off the floor because it was the only one left. I packed it in and on top of my SUV and bought it home and assembled it

Very concerned with the rust issues. I just got this chair home and haven't opened the box because an outdoor chair frame that fills with rain water and spills rust staining water everwhere is not a chair we will keep. What is this all about?

Loved this chair in store bought it for my wife... very comfortable and expertly packed. Came in rigid box with decent little hex wrench for assembly. Cushions are soft and nice. The frame is well built. The problem: 1 day after we bought it, it rained. We brought cushions inside but unfortunately the one rain was sufficient to cause dramatic and widespread rusting all over the frame. Rusty water coming out of every fastener hole, all over cushions, deck and clothes. The pictures here are from 3 days of ownership. I don’t see how this can possibly be rated for outdoor use. Even now there is liquid in the frame that sloshes and spills rust as slightest movement. We are sorely disappointed as we really like this product otherwise, and my wife was looking forward to COVID working in the back nestled in her she-chair with the cat. Now it’s a liability and a mess! please someone contact me if this is fixable as I’d love to make this work.

Very Comfortable with easy assembly.
I bought this a week ago. I have fallen asleep in it for extended periods of time due to its comfort. The product had a very easy assembly that only took about 10 minutes. You can tell a lot of thought was put into its design.

Leaking rust ruined my new interlocking
So angry and disappointed that this issue has not been addressed yet. My new interlocking has been stained in two locations. The chair leaks rust every time is gets wet. D

Love my Egg Chair
I have had this chait for a week now. It took my brother barely 30 minutes to assemble. Very easy and unlike other reviewers, we did not have any alignment problems. It is sturdy, extremely comfortable and very, very pretty. But for those who may want to pick it up themselves at the store, beware! The box is HUGE. Even with a very big GM SUV, we had to take it out of the box and carry each piece into the car so it can all fit (we actually came with 2 cars just in case). I wouldn't recommend you bringing it home yourself, but at the same time, I am glad that we did. My neighbors bought a patio set (big, big stuff) and the deliverers dropped the immense box on the STREET, for my elderly neigbors to come and pick it up and carry the box all the way to their condo. Rona sucks with its delivery services. So I didn't want to chance Rona doing this to me and I'd be stuck having to carry this extremly large box from the street all the way up to my 3rd floor condo.

Good and bad
I bought 3 of these, 2 at first, then another.
The first one we put together, everything lined up perfectly for assembly, but the next 2 didn't. only 3 of the 4 bolts lined up for the legs, then both had alignment issues with the top part of the egg frame. They still have bolts enough connected to work fine, but it was disappointing since these are so expensive and now I have some spots where the egg parts are misalligned and it doens't look that great.
It isn't that we messed/mixed up the parts either, we had 2 orders, one with 2 chairs, the other with 1 chair, and the one we bought standalone and built without any possibility of mismatching parts was one of the worst ones for the alignment issues.
On the other hand, we love these, the size is great, the cushions are comfy, it is sturdy even with the alignment issues.

Amazing!!
I got this chair for my Birthday and I couldn’t be happier. Very easy to assemble, looks great and is very comfortable! The only downside is the size of the box that it comes in (make sure to check dimensions before picking up in store since it will not fit in most cars) and the fact that it does not come with a cover (which we had to buy separately).

A Great Chair
I bought this chair about a month ago and love it. It sits by itself next to my townhouse front door and it is a bit of a showpiece there. My only complaint, and it would be great if someone who owns this can answer, has anyone been able to find a chair cover that fits? They all seem to run small.
I have not encountered the rust issues as others have. Has anyone solved this issue as I am afraid I will have the same problem if I don't find a cover :)
