This is ridiculous...
Normally I would agree with the manufacturer as far as how easy this product would be to assemble. However there should have been a caveat that stated it is easy to assemble if the welds and bore lined up. I have no idea who constructed my set. The alignment was terrible.
This manufacturer should fire their quality control person immediately. Some of the alignment was so bad, I could not insert the bolt. I wish I could say I was exaggerating when actually I believe I am understating my experience. Glenn Hill, you need to do better.

Screw Slots Not Lining Up
I bought this item and also the 2 chair set (non swivel). On the 2 chair set; the one chair arm, does not line up at all; had to only use 1 screw on the double spot to secure it. Problem is product is unavailable at any locations locally. Not really wanting to return and lose out on the product. Looking for help in replacing the chairs with a quality built replacement.
Had to use a replacement bolt to make it fit and somewhat secured. If 2 bolts used and secured it wouldn’t even line up for the side bolt.
Really disappointed, and even more disappointed in the limited amount of availability.

Glenn Hill 2-Piece Metal Frame Patio Conversation
This Couch/Bench is so comfortable! The Cushions are very well made and Thick.
The Couch/Bench is weighty/Soliid , but not so Heavy that it makes it hard to move around.
We have not put the table together yet, not sure how I will use it yet.
we are so very Happy with this set . We purchased the Chairs the dining chairs and some extra to put in our Lanai area,
We just Love this whole Glenn Hill Set of Furniture for the Patio !

Great little set!
Perfect for the area we wanted!Fairly easy to assemble with 2 people. 1 person assembling and one holding in place. Just purchased so can't comment on the durability yet. As of now we would definitely recommend this for the price point!

So far so good.
Everything went together flawlessly. For those having problems, my only guess is that either you attached the back of the chair to the wrong end of the seat, or you tightened everything up before starting all bolts.
If you look at the chair seat, it just makes sense which way it should go, however it should be stated in the directions.
The set is nice and we have been enjoying them. The only thing for me now, is to see how long they last. Because that's really what's important. So we'll see.

Sturdy and sleek patio set
This set is very sturdy. When I purchased, it was already assembled, so cannot comment on the assembly. I love this set, the only thing I can put a thumbs down for, is that the seat cushions don’t stay in place and seperate even withe the velcro ties on each end; I sewed on some extra ties on each cushion, so when they are in place, they stay in place in the middle.My gazebo is in a location where it can get breezy, so the back cushions topple over, so I will also add some ties on them. No big deal for me, considering the price was fair and the quality is good.

I was really wanting to purchase the elliot creek collection . Out of stock so settled for this glenn hill. Overall looks good. But not sure if its sturdy enough. Need two people to assemble. Only advice I can give is not to tighten the bolts till all are in first if not you will probably have trouble with it not aligning properly.

Beautiful set, but bolt alignment is awful.
I definitely recommend this set for comfort and style. The cushions are the thickness of indoor sofa...very nice. Fabric is a little scratchy tho. Assembly was horrible, I hired a man to put it together and I helped him by because some of the welds were so big, it made the bolts not line up. He finally got it together, but the bolts are sideways...not fitting in straight as they should. So while I do recommend it for quality, I do not recommend it for assembly. It cost me more than it should have because of the bad welds.
