How much area does a 10 pack cover
Thank you for the question. 10 packs of balusters cover roughly 4 feet depending on the spacing between the balusters when installed.

Is there anything to cover the screws at the top of the railing?

Better way to go
Much sturdier than the round balusters. Easy installation. Deck railings are ridged with this choice.

Excellent look compared to wood
Bought 5 packs recently to replace the wood ones on our deck ...as well as planning on adding them to a rolling porch gate. Loved the fact they were predrilled...and caps on the top and bottom. We plan on using the same ones for our other porch and lower yard gate.
