Besoin du manuel d'instruction
Il manque le manuel d'installation dans la boîte et le commis me dit que toutes les boîtes avaient des pattes du même côté donc il a dû ouvrir les autres boîtes (qui étaient déjà ouverte et refermées) et il risque qu'il manque d'autres items. Je ne peux pas assembler les morceaux et ne sait pas s'il manque d'autres pièces pour l'instant. J'ai rappelé pour obtenir de l'information s'il avait le manuel d'instruction et me dit que les 2 autres boîtes qui étaient déjà ouvertes ne contiennent pas de manuel et me demande de chercher sur Internet et je ne trouve rien pour ce modèle.

I love this swing
I bought this swing last year and it was easy to put together. It was missing a part but I called the toll free number and they shipped it by courier and I had it before the week was out. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how it lasted the winter. I am impressed how well it held up on our windy back yard. Very sturdy and the cushions are super thick so very comfortable! Now, if only I could find a cover big enough to protect it from the elements!

Ne vaut pas le prix!
J'ai acheté l'an dernier et elle est déjà rouillée. Elle avait pourtant été à l'abri cet hiver. Très basse qualité. Même à rabais, cet article ne vaut pas la peine d'être acheté.

Brought it home and began to assemble it. Instructions were incorrect (referred to wrong pieces) and moreover the legs had brackets for the arms welded in the wrong spots so the side arms weren't long enough to reach from front to back legs. Will have to bring it back. Hopefully a replacement doesn't have the same problem...

Excellent quality
Just bought this- sturdy, well designed. Only downside is it squeaks due to metal on metal where it hangs so my husband will put some foam tape where it is rubbing. So comfortable.

Manufacturing Defect
Very disappointed in the swing and the lack of service i have received. One side of the swing frame length is 1.5" longer than the other so it is completely crooked and sits at an angle. Have tried contacting customer service several times with no response :(

Great Design, So Comfortable, and Beautiful
I bought this last spring at my local Rona. It was the display model, so I saw how it was disassembled... So I reassembled it at home and took pictures as I went for future reference (I have no instruction manual). It is very comfortable, I have slept on it overnight on my deck with a mosquito net. Only thing is the cushions sometime part....but hat is to be expected. For more overnight sleeping, I will add an additional mattress on top. It was my favourite purchase for my house in the last 5 years. All my friends and neighbours are envious. I stored it inside over the winter as I'm in the Pacific North West. But there is no rust from last season it spent out there and the start of this season so far. I'd buy it again in a second. Sorry others have had problems with the pieces they received inside their boxes. (I got a deal on the price but now having it, would pay full price for it if I knew it wasn't defective as others have had)

No instructions!
We paid full price and found the swing had been previously returned. Metal was scratched and there were no instructions. Tried calling but could not get through. Really dissapointed. We’ll be returning it.
