Cet aspirateur dispose d'un puissant moteur de dérivation et d'un dispositif de protection thermique pour la sécurité des utilisateurs. Le système de filtration à deux étapes comprend un écran métallique fixe et un efficace filtre à cartouche HEPA. Le filtre à cartouche est situé dans son propre compartiment. Great Ash Vac
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little Ash vac if you clean your pellet stove or fireplace whatever is normally you will have no problem with this little Jewel it has great suction and when the suction slows down just go out there and gently tap the paper filter cleaning off the metal screen filter and you're good to go it requires normal maintenance, no need to change the filter regularly, just clean and go again. So easy, although it does require common sense, for whoever complains about it. Comes with tools for baffle cleaning as well.

I have had this Vacuum for a year now. This vacuum works perfect for homeowner use . I use it on my pellet stove . After a few uses the filter clogs . I just go outside and tap it clean into a garbage bag .

Great purchase
Lowes matched the price from Wally World! Otherwise I would have gotten it there. The difference was around $11.
But, no questions asked, they matched. I was hesitant at first, due to the reviews I had seen. But I had absolutely no problem with the unit at all. Make up your own mind. But, I would recommend the unit, if they adjust the pricing, from Lowes'.
Very strong and not very hard to clean! A plus in my book!

Great vacuum
I have several shop vacs but when I purchased my pellet stove I decided to invest in this unit. It has great suction, does not allow any ash into the room and is easy to keep clean with the stainless steel design. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a fireplace, pellet stove and or wood stove. The price may give you concern but the performance and quality is outstanding and worth the investment.

The vacuum works great but the metal canister is a little flimsy for the price. The rim on the lid had a slight bend in it right out of the box. Then due to the short power cord the unit fell over resulting in a dent in the canister. Could be a little more sturdy like a shop vac. But it's nice to be able to quickly detach the motor and filter unit to empty the canister. Very well thought out and useful feature. Overall happy due to the compact design and suction power. Easy to empty clean and maintain. Would buy again if price was lower.

Cold Ash Wonder
Easy to think you could vacuum up live ash. Don't!
It is clearly labeled ONLY cold cinder and ash, products of combustion. Really it is a clean and durable shop vac, without the wheels and flying saucer style plastic shells that make most look disposable in a few years.
AND it's Powerful!!! Sucks big chunks and whistles out the hidden air smoke passages in my complicated wood stove. Stove is breathing better.
And the black clean look stays in the living room near the stove without making a red flying saucer scene. I can clean in and around the stove without moving the vac. I wish the hose and spare nozzle would clip to the can. I may add this feature myself.
No discharge dust. YEA!!
Can wash the cylinder filter. At least I did once so far with no loss of function. I do not like bags. Be sure to let filter dry overnight.
Hose very durable. Best I've had . But might be short for some uses.
Have used it to suck the chimney creosote while pulling a brush through. WOW!

gets the job done
bought this for my pellet stove but that hasn't arrived yet, so I used it to clean out the woodstove and it worked fine. The hose is a bit stiff and awkward, and it should have wheels, but it gets the job done

Good Ash Vac for the $$$
I read the Lowe's reviews before buying this model. Worked great for me. I have to agree, that if the suction hose were a foot or two longer it would be easier to use. . I had to set the vac on top of my fireplace insert to clean the components of the back of my pellet stove. Otherwise, no complaints. Has great suction power, much more than the 2 gallon shop vac I have used for years. Another review said it was very loud, I found it to be no louder than my small shop vac. Overall, for the money I am very happy with it and would recommend.
