My tenant is really tall and I need to try to shorten the length of the wire of the lights to accomodate him from not running into the fixture. Can I take the light fixture down from the ceiling and shorten the wires? If so, how do I do this?
Please note the minimum length is 28.3inches.
To extend the wire, push the
metal collar while gently pulling
the wire down. When the
metal collar is released, the wire
will be fixed into position.
Once the wire is at the desired
length, turn the fixture over and
slide the plastic wire retainer up
to the wire nut, to prevent the
pendant from slipping down when
in use.

Are the LED bulbs integrated or not? The description says, "It works with halogen or LED bulbs (GU10/35 W/120 V), which are available separately." Could anyone confirm?
For bubble flow, bulbs are not included. It works with halogen. You need GU10/MR16 for this light.

Look great but is a pain to install
I bought these lights a few months ago when they were on sale. I normally don't write reviews but due to my negative experience when installing these lights, I thought I should share. First of all, the set screws for adjusting the pendant height are made of cheap plastic and the slot for the screw driver will strip effortlessly. I ended up buying steel screws separately for the install. Second of all, the installation gloves provided were way too small for my hands. Also, there is a warning label on one of the pendants which I took off and it was an absolute disaster removing the adhesive after. So overall, these lights do look great after they are installed, but the manufacturer needs to make improvements.

Purchased last fall for our new entrance. Being a bit on the “fancy” side, having adjustable heights for each light, I took extra care to make each line the same as possible. Differing heights would also look good. There is lots of extra wire which is hidden by the ceiling cover. It took me an hour from start to finish to complete the install. Just take care and don’t use force and the install is easy. It’s a very impressive fixture, giving off a good amount of light for the entryway. Purchased LEDs separately.

High end look
Yes, it takes some patience and care to install, but it looks gracious, high end, and modern once installed. I bought a 4-pack of Globe 5W GU10 bulbs also from Rona that dim from virtually zero to full. Produces an excellent ambiance.

Product looks nice once installed. Installation is mostly straightforward. However, there are tiny plastic headless set screws securing the vertical suspension cables for each lamp at the ceiling canopy cover. These require the included tiny screwdriver to remove. Every one of these garbage set screws stripped when I tried to remove it, necessitating an almost two hour extraction process. This was a serious annoyance. Having hung the single lamp verison of this product also, it had different (still plastic) set screws with an actual head and Phillips head drive, which worked much, much better. The little useless plastic set screws for this product are likely an (insignificant) cost reduction, but illustrates really well that some minor cost reductions are major value reductions. Great Light!!
Love these lights! The bubble glass is fantastic, very cool look and disperses light in the room (still mostly down onto the counter). Installation takes awhile with the process to get the cords straight, get the bulb in, then do glass then long metal screws...but I'm totally fine with doing that once and then it being set for many years. So glad I went with this light over our island!

Almost set my house on fire
The home builder installed these in my home years ago and on two separate occasions one of the pendants shorted out, causing arcs and smoke. The short also melted the metal/plastic fixture. After the first occasion we (stupidly) did not replace the fixture and just dealt with one of the pendants being burnt out. However, just recently the second pendant shorted causing another arc and smoke to fill the house. I would not recommend this product for anyone.

The outside cylinder break very easy!!
After a few months, the outside cylinder broke by touching it with a plastic box of cereal. The replacement is $25+ tx!!!
