Excellent stapler
Have been installing insulation and FSK foil paper. After going through a couple thousand staples with an Arrow stapler it began to jam frequently. The Bostich was cheaper, but it said "Anti-Jam" on the package so I decided to try it. So far it works great and seems to set the staples deeper. Additionally, the staples are easier to load and it is easy to open the loader and check how many are left or if it's time to refill.

Good Buy
It doesn't tell you that the staples are loaded from the bottom of the gun. I tried for hours to load it and make it work from the top like most staple guns work. My neighbor googled Amazon.com and read some reviews that said to load it from the bottom and now I feel stupid. These instructions should be in the directions. It sure would of saved me time and frustration. I even took the first one back because I thought it was broke.

1/4- in Manual Staple Gun
This staple gun is not made for a weak person. I am a female, small boned and apparently not as strong as I thought I was. I found this staple gun impossible to use. I recruited my male neighbor to help me staple a piece of fabric to the bottom of a chair. Wore him out -LoL....

JUNK
I have bought every manual stapler on the shelf and this one is no different. After about 200 staples it begins to become unusable. About every tenth trigger pull actually produces a staple. If you pull out the feeder tray and reinsert after EVERY staple you get better feeding, however, that really isn't feasible if you are stapling insulation etc. I guess that's why they make electric and air powered models, there is simply not a good manual stapler available.

Counter intuitive staple loading
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gun works perfectly if you can figure out how to put the staples in right away. The markings on the gun don’t make it entirely clear and there are no instructions on the packaging, but after tinkering with it and seeing if my friend could get it as well, I finally figured it out about five minutes later. Other than that I’ve had no problems. It is very strong and you can hold it a good distance away from the wood and the staple will still get stuck in the wood.

Got A lot of stapling going on
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent staple gun. First off, I must say that Initially, I used the staple gun to staple chicken netting to the many posts. It did an excellent job. With that project completed, I found the staple gun met others needs in my shop. It never failed me while working with upholstery and other trimming applications.
