Excellent quality. Very Sturdy
Although it is a pain to put together (need two people) it is quality. It has been tested twice already with high winds and didn't budge. Because I have it on my deck and not dirt I was unable to use the stakes to secure it to the ground, but it was still sturdy during high winds. Blocks the sun out great! Haven't had it long enough to worry about rust, but considering the polls are covered with the fabric when not in use I imagine it will be fine!!
I love it so far!! My only complaint is that you have to put it together with an Allen Wrench, which I hate, but it's still worth it. A bit expensive, but you're absolutely paying for the quality!!

WARRANTY ON FABRIC NOT HONORED
I just got off the phone with the Allen and Roth Rep because the canopy top fabric ripped while reinstalling after having it off for the winter. The rep told me that the fabric was not under warranty, however it sates in the manual that it is. She then states that it's not under warranty because I ripped it putting it back on the frame. When I began to question the rep about the warranty after she changed her story, she couldn't get rid of me fast enough.
It's a great product, but you would do yourself a favor and not purchase one because the warranty will not be honored. It is this kind of service that turns you off from buying from a company.

Beautiful Gazebo but diffifult to assemble
Now that it is assembled, we love this gazebo. We have only had it up about 2 weeks, so I can't yet speak to overall durability or quality. However, so far we are pleased. I can comment on the assembly: while there are not many parts and the overall set-up is not difficult, many of the holes and bolts did not line up well and it was very difficult to screw the bolts in. Due to this, what should be a 2-3 hour assembly was about an 6 hour job. Additionally, you will need your own tools as the allen wrench that is provided is a joke. Assembly also requires two people to put the "wall" frame together. The rest can be done by one person alone.

Just what I was looking for!
When my free standing pool umbrella broke I was looking to replace it with another one. Then while shopping in Lowes I came across this Gazebo. I was amazed at the quality and size of it and I wasn't going to buy it right away. I continued shopping for a pool umbrella, then the price hit me! Pool umbrellas cost 2 and 3 times what this gazebo cost with little to offer. This gazebo is like and added room in my pool area and the included insect screen was a blessing. No more fighting off those darm summer bitting flies.
The sides of this can be opened or closed for added privacy which is also a blessing. Overall I am more then satisfied with this gazebo.

My Gazebo...a poor man's screen porch
Gazebo was very easy to assemble. It takes two (2) people most of the time. We needed a third person for about 10 minutes while we assembled the cross pieces to the third and fourth legs. It took about 3 hours. We used our own tools and threw away the open-end wrench and allen wrench provided with the gazebo.
The roof is not water tight. In fact, along the seams you can see daylight through the thread holes. But it keeps the sun off which is mostly what we wanted. During the rains, it will drip inside in a few places. They should probably do better quality control in China. But the frame and sides seem to be made well.

Best in every way
This is a wonderful product, expertly designed and built for ease of assembly and quality. It fits our deck perfectly and solves the privacy problems we had when a neighbor cut down all the trees between our properties. It is versatile, meeting all our needs from closing off the side to the street, to having all four sides in netting for relaxing in the morning or evening. After reading reviews about the UV damage to the top over the years, we purchased an extra top and the fan that hangs from the center. It is a delight and a welcome solution to building a screened porch, which was our other, very expensive alternative. Am very glad I saw it displayed in the store!

Great investment.
We have now had our gazebo set up for two years. It took 4 people to put it together but we probably could have easily done it with two. We store the cover for the fall/winter but the structure itself has stayed erected since we bought it. It has been through extreme storms, lawn mower bangs, weedeater whacks, 100+ degree heat and it is set up along side a lake so needless to say also extreme humidity. Even with all of that there is NO sign of any rusting or erosion of finish. It looks the same as the day we bought it. Not only are we happy we will be purchasing another soon to go on our pool deck. Not a single complaint here. Money well spent!

Impressed with the quality and look of this gazebo.
It went together well, and relatively easy. The structure seems good and solid and the connections are sturdy. Went up in about 3 hours.
The domed roof gives it a pavilion feel.
Have had some strong wind gusts over the last week or so, and it has held up very well. Wouldn't want to test it's durability in a hurricane, but it easily stood up well to wind gusts of 80 km/h
Comes with double track, built in hooks to accommodate the bug screen and the privacy walls, was very impressed with that.
So far, great product and would recommend it.
