Does the tub surround come together in one piece or in a flat box that will fit in my pick-up.

This item says tub surround, is the shower surround the same size or is height different.

Can I put a U-tile tub/shower enclosure over a metal tub?

However, at this time they only have been tested and a certified compatible with a few select MAAX units, we cannot confirm if they would be compatible on your current bathtub. Our Utile tub surrounds have only been tested with a few of our own units such as the New Town, Avenue Brome and Cocoon.
We cannot guarantee the walls would be compatible with other manufacturer's units.

I have a Maax tub but I dont remember the model. I installed it about 6 years ago. Will this wall system work for an older Maax tub? Also can the ends of the panels be trimmed to size? I own an older home and the walls are not plumb.

we r tight for space we want to put bathtub surround on a shower base is this possible
Hello and thank you for inquiring about MAAX Utile products. The Utile wall surrounds are not made to fit on shower bases. These are designed to fit on the MAAX New Town and Cocoon bathtubs.

Hello Melma, the Utile Bathtub Wall Surround will only fit on MAAX tubs. We recommend the Newtown 6030IFS(Lowes SKU 737716 or 737717) or the Cocoon 6030IFS(special order).
