Will this finish show dog scratches from dog nails? If not is there a product that will work?
Hello. Clear finishes in general will show nail scratches to some degree. However, our satin version will show them less than the semi-gloss sheen will.

how would you do a long set of stairs ( 13 steps), if it has a re-coat time of 6-8 hours, but I can't walk on the stairs for 24 hours, then i'm not sure how I can re-coat the stairs that are beyond my reach from the main floor. Any help would be great.
Hello. Try doing every other step and then going back to do the remaining steps when the initial steps are fully dry/cured.

Is it good enough to be directly applied on a plywood subfloor in my cottage, so it wont absorb water/moisture? Help??

If this product not compatible on laminate surface, is it good enough to be directly applied on a plywood subfloor in my cottage, so it wont absorb water/moisture? Help??

I want to paint some drywall walls and some plywood walls in my barn. first, do I need to use primer on them and secondly will this be a good product to keep moisture out?
Hello. No primer is needed. However, this is an interior product only. The changing temperatures will crack our finish. Instead, we recommend to use our Helmsman Spar Urethane product. Regards, Minwax Customer Service
