Great hammer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm doing a lot of work on my new house and wanted a Craftsman framing hammer to match my other Craftsman gear. This is one serious hammer!

Perfect balance
This is a great hammer. Works great for what I need, does way more than framing obviously. I love how it has the notch to hold the nail in place for the first tap. Very comfortable in my hand.

Good Hammer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old hammer is similar to this. It is a 28oz with more of an ergo curve. Unfortunately, the rubber handle just couldn't hold on any more forcing a new purchase. I've been looking for something similar and at the same weight. They just don't exist anymore. A lot of chick hammers out there with ergo, but No man hammers. This was the closest I was able to find. The masher teeth are a little extreme and need to be matted down before putting to full use. The base of the rubber grip is nice as it allows one to hand slide the hammer comfortably without fear of dropping. This allows for a comfortable full swing as needed. It doesn't drive pole barn spikes like my old hammer. I was forced to use a mini sledge... which is effective but not ideal to carry 2 hammers.
