Best Feeder for the Money!
All kinds of birds love it! They all put on a great show for us. The food lasts a whole week and keeps the water out if it rains. This is the third set of these that we have bought.

Not Practical
I have several feeders and this is the first time I have had a feeder empty out within a couple of hours. Somehow all the seed ended up on the ground. I filled it several times with the same result. Apparently as the bird grabs seed many seeds fly out. I think the place where the seed comes out needs to be deeper.
I ended up getting an audubon going green tray feeder with a clear plastic awning and it is by far the best feeder for encouraging a lot of birds and keeping seed dry.

dove proof feeder
had tried several different design feeders to keep doves from stealing all the food. this one works and primarily because the perches can be shortened or extended. shortening them means a dove is too big to hold itself on the perch and bend over to the seed opening. the smooth design of the main body without decoration means doves cannot support themselves on anything. unit is not sold for this purpose but it does work.

Best Bear Surviving Bird Feeder
I bought four of these feeders for my new flower/bird garden. I was not sure about them at first, but after four bear attacks on my garden now I wouldn't choose another. The bear has smashed and tossed these feeders all over the place to get them to empty out and I have yet had one to break. Granted I lose my seed but thats alot easier to replace then the feeders.

Birds love it!
I don't usually write reviews but I really like this. I like the way it opens for cleaning. Perches are great for both small and larger birds but the really large seed gobbling birds can't stay on for long. It holds a lot of food and I like the way it looks in my yard. Great buy.

Good feeder.
The feeder fills easily and provides adjustable bird perch positions. I just wish I could keep the local flicker from scattering seeds out of the feeder when trying to locate the one seed it wants.

waste of money
If you would rather have more of the bird seed to end up on the ground than feeding the birds then this is the perfect feeder for you. total waste of money so dissapointed

Would not buy
Bird feeder is plastic. It was easy to fill but the plastic perches broke. The birds were unable to use the feeder. It was a waste of money..
