not as advertised
bought this thinking it was a great deal on a 2.25 gallon lucky bamboo plant for the living room. ordered online for pickup in the store. when i got the email telling me my order was ready to be picked up, i knew something wasn't right as the item description now said 2.25 quart. when i got the the store to pick it up, it was a single 18" stalk of lucky bamboo with a couple leaves on the top. a pretty far cry from the advertised picture. there is nothing wrong with the plant, just be aware of what you are actually purchasing.

Beautiful Bamboo Plants
I just love these bamboo plants that are in smaller design pots like for kitchen cabinet space or on an end table in the living room. I now have 4 of these in my home. Worst purchase ever
I bought this 2.25 Gallon Lucky Bamboo online and when I got to the store they gave be a single stick of Lucky Bamboo and insisted that's what I ordered and not the one braided Lucky Bamboo in a white vase like in the picture.

Not what is shown on the website!!!
I ordered this online and when I went to pick it in store, I was given a single stalk of plant (just the plant, not the container) and said this is one that was ordered. I dont understand why just the plant has to be spcedified in terms of 2.25 gallon etc in the website.
I was very disappointed and returned the plant back immeditaley and bought a different bamboo plant with vase (for a totally different price)!

Not as advertised
The photo description showed a 2.25 Gallon (Quart?) container with a braided bamboo tree; very nice and a remarkable price. I ordered, on-line, and after work and an evening meeting, I arrived at my Lowes, just before closing, to pick up the two plants. Imagine my surprise when the sales associate brought over the 'plants' that were set aside for me; they were only two straight sticks of bamboo shoots. HUH? Where's the pot? Where's the braided plant?
The associate was already familiar with this situation, in that another individual came in for their plant and walked out disgusted. This time, the manager on duty went to the house plant section and brought me two braided 'Money trees'. Not the same as bamboo, but it showed that the effort was made to make this error 'right'. I went home pretty happy; not with bamboo trees, as I'd wanted, but braided trees nonetheless.
The product was a fiasco but the service rendered was exemplary.

got this on sale for an excellent price. very easy to take care of and looks great in the house! wish i had gotten more but so happy with the one i do have! put 4 for value b/c i know they are usually more than i paid. if i considered what i paid would have been a 5 for sure!
