Super silent but poor remote functionality
I bought this almost a year ago and has been working great since. The noise levels are minimal and worked with no problems since we bought it. One reason we bought the unit was because of its wi-fi connection. However wi-fi connection does not really provide much functionality. The most important thing for us was to be able to start the machine remotely in case we forgot to start it, etc. However we realized that is not practically possible. You need to turn the unit on (which is automatically turned off after a while) and keep the door closed to be able to start it remotely. Since it turns off automatically in a few minutes, that function is basically useless. Otherwise it is a good machine [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My new Samsung dishwasher
Let me start off by saying wow, i can’t tell the dishwasher is even running. This is the quietest dishwasher i have seen our old one was so noisy. This dishwasher is stylish, modern and so easy to use. The different washing options come in handy if you want to wash cups only you can this dishwasher has that option. It also has a feature which the door pops open to let the steam out. This is a game changer in my opinion we can’t say enough good things about this dishwasher. Cleans poorly
After struggling with an older dishwasher for some years we decided to get something nicer that cleans well for our six person household. This dishwasher looks great, and runs super silent but the cleaning has been absolutely terrible and even worse than our previous one. We have tried 1. pre-rinsing 2. run on the heavy cycle 3. higher heat and 4. giving more space between plates and dishes. Glasses clean well but the plates and bowls are just not clean and we usually have five or six things we have to hand wash.
The photo below is from today where I ran the load on a heavy cycle for 3 hours, spaced the dishes and made sure nothing too crusted was added. There were four other plates and bowls that visually looked fine but were not clean and were hand washed..

Awesome Dishwasher
Love this dishwasher! We have been using it for a couple of weeks and am extremely impressed with how well it cleans even our dirtiest dishes. I love that it has smart controls and notifies me when it is completed. I love how the door opens when it finishes and lets out all the steam. We have teenage children and they love it as well since they aren't having to practically hand wash dishes before putting them in the dishwasher as they had to do with our previous dishwasher. The dishwasher is also really quiet and I have found the front display of how long is left for the cycle to be very helpful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Good features
Bought 8 months ago. Overall does a good job but has to be loaded loosely to get dishes clean. Filter is difficult to replace after removing to clean. Like that door automatically opens when cycle is complete so dishes to not continue to steam. Biggest negative is there are very limited locations with authorized Samsung repair centers who are the only ones who can repair an appliance under warranty. Still waiting 6 weeks later
arrived 4 weeks after ordered, was the installers first dishwasher. leaks on the bottom and the front hits the kick plate on closing.

Totally silent, flawless, and smart
This dishwasher is seriously like a dream. It is completely silent while running and makes this cute little song beep when finished. If watching television on my Samsung TV, it seamlessly notifies me that my dishes have finished right on the TV! I little notification pops up. The shelves adjust in many different ways to accommodate different loads of dishes. Everything comes out sparkling! I highly recommend this dishwasher. Poor excuse for a dishwasher
I purchased this dishwasher 6 months ago. It does not clean dishes very well. My dishes have to be rinsed clean prior to loading otherwise food remains and dishes have to be soaked and reloaded.
The drain gets plugged very easily despite keeping the filter clean.
Constantly giving leakage error codes when it is not leaking.
I have a number of Samsung appliances and this one does not live up to my expectations.
