Wonderful!
We did a lot of research before we purchased this dishwasher. it has exceeded our expectations. This machine is extremely quiet. We can barely hear it running. It is nice to have the blue light that indicates when the cycle is complete. There is ample room for dishes. We use the third rack for silverware and often remove the silverware rack although there is still plenty of room when using it. The dishes are always clean and usually dry. We use the normal cycle most frequently. The 30 minute cycle is adequate for lightly soiled plates and tupperware but have a tea towel hamdy for drying. No complaints. I highly recommend this product.

Garbage Buy Other Brand
We've had our dishwasher for less than a year and pretty much had to have all the components like the motor, control board and heater replaced. We had to wait 10 days for parts to come in. The tech came out, replaced the parts. The service tech went to call Frigidaire tech support for some issues, and they were already closed for the day. Tech support closed at 3p our time (Mountain time), and now have to wait, reschedule and NOT be able to use this "Professional" series! It was easy to have Frigidaire come out to look at the dishwasher initially, but it took 30+ mins to get off hold.

cleans well, drying could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well, fits everything so far-only had 1 month. Could dry better, still trying combinations of cycles & raised rinse aid levels. Washer arm always has water in it so when rack is pulled out always leaks quite a bit. Usually condensation inside of machine and need to dry some items ( all in 30 minute mode, air dry was a no dry) 25 yr old machine replaced dried much better. Like overall, quiet, sturdier than expected, many loading
options and nice design. Hope to find the correct cycle combo to dry well but really wish the 30 min cycle air dry worked.

Nice racks and very quiet but poorly designed controls
We bought this dishwasher about 2 years ago. We love the top rack and it generally does a good cleaning job if we pre-rinse and do not put large items on the middle rack. But for some reason Frigidair decided to turn off all indicator lights when it is running. Unlike every other dishwasher we have owned, it does not count down the remaining minutes, and is so quiet that we frequently accidentally interrupt the cycle by accident. Then, when we momentarily press the Start button to resume, it decides to cancel the cycle and we have to restart the 3-hour cycle. I can't find anything in the manual to change this behavior.

Worst Dishwasher I've owned in 37 years!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like washing your dishes before loading them in the dishwasher and drying them by hand when they're done, this dishwasher is definitely for you! It never dries plastic and it's rare when all of dishes are dry ( regardless of setting or 123 degree water temp). It wouldn't even wash mayonnaise off of plastic. I've had old jalopy dishwashers work better than this one. It came in our new construction home when we bought it. If your builder uses these in their homes...ask for something else. ANYTHING! On a positive note, it looks nice and IS the most quiet one we ever had. Unfortunately, we don't use it for looks.

47-Decibel IS Amazingly Quiet!
My intention was to buy the FGID2474QF. I didn't see any big differences between that model and this model. Since my local Lowe's was out of stock on the $699 model; and I needed a dishwasher immediately, I opted for this model. I'm not sure there is any giant difference in cleaning abilities between any of the higher end Frigidaire's.
I wasn't expecting to spend $999 on a dishwasher, however, I must stay that I AM impressed. 47-Decibel IS Amazingly Quiet! The cleaning job is Spectacular. The Smudge-Proof front is very nice (especially if you have a 5 year old boy, as I do). The design is well thought out -- and the small features for placement and interchangeable modification is very handy. The blue LED light that shines on the floor; indicating the load is done, though somewhat cheesy, is kind-of cool.
Using JetDry does help in drying the dishes -- since modern dishwashers don't have a heating element. I've tried running a load with and without JetDry. I recommend using it.
I am VERY happy with this purchase.

Looks great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the entire set (Range, Dishwasher, Wall Oven, Fridge, and Microwave) and the overall look is great. The dishwasher doesn't clean very well overall and the slots aren't lined up so putting larger baking pans on the bottom is challenging. We have had nothing but problems with both ovens since receiving and have had to have the appliance repair person out multiple times to troubleshoot and fix issues. The rotatar in the microwave stopped working after 1 month. I've had my wall oven installed for a month and have not been able to use it because it's broken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed two of these dishwashers in our new construction. We've only lived here 6 weeks, but are happy with their cleaning so far. The one negative is that dishes on all three levels are still wet after the cycle finishes and the tub does not dry quickly. This may be partially due to the cycle we select, primarily "China Crystal" setting because of our Noritake china. We're thrilled with the quietness of the dishwasher in our open concept kitchen/great room. You can barely hear it operating, so the gentle chirp and blue light indicator at the end of the cycle are unobtrusive but helpful.
