What's Not to Like
As with all of the Samsung electronics I've purchased over time, this TV is almost perfect in every way. I say "almost" because I know that nothing is perfect. But I can't think of anything to complain about. The display is flawless, the features are more than adequate, and I'm expecting that this device will last me for many years. I would recommend this TV to anyone.

Very disappointed in Samsung
Lowes is great but Samsung could care less about the customers. My dishwasher has been trouble from the start. I have had service people to the house 4 times and numerous parts but Samsung will not stand behind this product. It is junk. Even the few service people that are available to work on them do not recommend Samsung. The last on told me he could not fix it without replacing everything in the unit. I am fed up. I called Samsung and they brush me off. They will not stand behind their product. I am throwing thei High $ unit away and will purchase another brand.

Large repair bill
As soon as the 1 year warranty was up an error code appeared and we followed the directions in the user manual to reset the dishwasher. Fast-forward to now, after owning the dishwasher for only 16 months, we have spent $350 in repair bills and it still isn't working. I spoke with Samsung and they can't help with what we have already paid, only give a small warranty extension (which they didn't offer initially when I registered the problem). It needs to break twice before refunding or exchanging the cost of the product. Very disappointed with the quality of this product; considering scrapping it and buying a different brand.

Good Washer when Options are used
This dishwasher works very well in cleaning and drying if you do the following:
1) Increase water temp to >120degF. Mine was about 10 degs too low and the results showed. Instructions from Samsung state that it must be above 120degF.
2)Use the sanitize option. If this option isn't used, the plastic items are usually left extremely wet. With the option most of the plastic items are dry most of the time.
3) Smart Auto. This option works very well and I don't have to guess what other option to run.
4) Storm wash. Most of the items used over the storm wash head are blasted clean. Works very well. The only thing I've had problems with is a crockpot. Its too big to get clean in the dishwasher. We only have to use this option when we have a pot or pan that is over the stormwash area.
We did have one plastic item come loose and fall off. Its minor and samsung is replacing it.
One thing you do have to watch is where the soap goes. A large plate can not go in front of this area. The soap lid will not open during operation if it is blocked.

Wish we hadn't have bought it
After 6 weeks of using this dishwasher, we got an error code of 9E. The owners manual said to reset the breaker and run without dishes. Still got error so I went to our local Lowes where we purchased the unit. Although Lowes installed the unit, they said we had to call Lowes Service for a service call. Repairman couldn't make the initial appointment this week so won't come until next week. Here we sit with a high dollar dishwasher that is of no use to us, at a time when we need it the most. Not sure what the verdict will be but I don't have a good feeling about this. Wish I had have insisted that Lowes give us a refund or another brand.

Cant believe the poor quality of this unit
I am an avid Samsung junkie, every major appliance in my house is Samsung usually the quality is head and shoulders above everyone else. In this case I am so surprised and shocked. Bought this unit 12/21/2013. Installed it after Christmas. About a week ago it would get about half way through the cycle and then flash SE for service. I called for service they come out today. The soap has caused corrosion on the wires, part of it is under warranty, the repair will cost me $300.00. I also use Cascade if anyone was wondering, not the cheapest soap by any means. I asked will it happen again in 2 years or less, probably???
Sounds like bad design to me. I bought this looking for the same quality I had to expect from a Samsung boy was I wrong.

LED H4500 Series Smart TV 24 "
Just got my TV today for my kitchen. I love it. My son bought me one for my bedroom 2 years ago but a much bigger size. I liked it so much that I broke down and bought the 24" for my kitchen. It is perfect. I won't buy any other brand but Samsung. I was reading other reviews about how people couldn't get the stand to work right with the screws. My son installed both of my Samsung smart TV's. The bedroom tv he mounted on the wall. The one he installed in my kitchen he put on the stand that came with the tv. He had NO problem with the stand or the screws., but then again he is a cable guy. Now he wants to buy a Samsung smart TV for his bedroom.

Worse Dishwasher I ever owned.
Like many of the comments here I feel the same. I have Samsung Applicants throughout my house, and this is the only one I have issues with.
This dishwasher is so bad it's now laughable how dirty the dishes come out of this unit, I have tried stacking it differently followed the manual to a Tee in case it was something I was doing wrong.
I tired different detergent tried it with rinse aid tried it without tired everything. The power sometimes goes on it and I have to go to the fuse box in my basement to reset it.
Honestly, the worse dishwasher I ever bought and unless their service department can fix it now I will never be buying Samsung again.
