Incorrect installation instruction
This product comes with incorrect installation instructions. You’re required to place an additional O-ring at the base of the light before screwing on the bottom cap. That crucial yet neglected piece of information was not in the instructions which came with the light resulting in my laundry room flooding. It IS in the original installation instruction that come with the entire unit when you buy it, so definitely hang onto those if you anticipate changing the bulb.
Sad that something so detrimental was neglected at the expense of unknowing and trusting customers, left to fix the damages sustained simply because Rainfresh lacks attention to detail and initiative to ensure their doing an adequate job.

Good product, terrible instructions
The instructions don’t mention that you need to put an O-ring at the base of the light when you install it. Those instructions are only found in the original manual when you bought the light system. It isn’t mentioned in the instructions that come with the replacement bulb. As such, you will flood the basement due to the ineptitude of the manufacturer.
Thanks for nothing, I will never recommend this brand to anyone since it can’t even do its own job.

I bought the lamp online. It arrived rapidly. It came with the appropriate O'rings and the replacement instructions unlike other cheaper online vendors.
