KitchenAid présente un chic réfrigérateur moderne doté du revêtement spécialisé PrintShield résistant aux salissures pour que vous puissiez cuisiner au lieu de nettoyer. Vous pouvez ainsi nettoyer les taches et traces de doigts sur la surface simplement à l'aide d'eau et d'un chiffon doux. Il possède également le système de conservation Preserva consistant en 2 systèmes de refroidissement indépendants qui assurent des températures constantes et optimales aussi bien pour vos aliments frais que congelés. Le filtre à air FreshFlow aide à réduire les odeurs, tandis que le conservateur de fruits et légumes aide à retarder la surmaturation. Le bac à glaçons In-Door-Ice est monté à l'intérieur de la porte et propose un format compact qui laisse davantage d'espace pour le rangement d'articles sur les tablettes. Le distributeur intégré à la porte est accompagné de pré-réglages permettant de remplir un verre ou un contenant à un niveau d'eau précis. Avec 24,8 pi³ de capacité totale, le réfrigérateur comporte des balconnets de porte transparents et amovibles, des tablettes réglables et même un support pour vos bouteilles de vin. Solid refrigerator
I bought this last week- our LG had died after just four years due to compressor issues.
My mom always had Kitchen Aids so I knew they were top of the line. The lighting is one of the best features on this fridge- that and the water and ice connection being on the outside of the model, which is a feature that was important to us. Im still trying to get used to not having the French doors- I really wanted one but none were available in my budget. I love the stainless fingerprint resistant finish- really a sharp looking QUIET machine. Very happy thus far! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great design!
This side-by-side fridge has the icemaker in the freezer door, freeing up the whole freezer for shelves and drawers. The fridge has lots of space and lighting is genius. When you open the door the lights are dim and within a few seconds go to bright. Gave 4 stars because there could more adjustability of shelves in the freezer and fridge. Because it’s limited, there are some shelves that have way too much space (I removed the bottle rack) so I ordered 1 extra shelf for both freezer and fridge, and one more bin for the door to fully customize it. Solidly constructed
Our old fridge failed and we bought this model sight unseen due to COVID19. We did do some online research but given appliance shortages, and long delivery times, we found this model was available. This is our first Kitchen Aid appliance but we recently used some in a beach house we rented and were impressed with them. We are very pleased with how solidly its put together, its features and performance so far. The only minor things I'll note is that turning on the max ice production did not seem to make any difference, and that the door shelves are slightly smaller than our old fridge (which was a 25.2 cu ft capacity).. Love the pyramid ice cube shape!
Here are things I like about this refrigerator: 1. The crisper drawer really does keep things fresh. I'm amazed at how long our fresh veggies keep in this frig compared to our old one. 2. The door dispenser counts how many ounces of water are dispensed. 3.The lighting is so good - I can look between, under, above the shelves to find something that might have been stuck in the back. 4. I have room in the freezer for pizza boxes. 5. I love the pyramid ice cube shape. We really didn't want the old crescent shaped cubes but couldn't find any info on this ice cube shape before we bought the frig. We were totally delighted to find this makes ice cubes in the shape of a little pyramid. Kitchenaid should make this part of their marketing! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Ice maker and water dispenser are very poor
I obtained this refrigerator/freezer in a new house in August 2020. At first it seemed fine, but over time I have learned that the ice maker and water dispenser are awful. The ice dispenser regularly frosts up inside and has to be cleaned out. The water dispenser started fine, but now its flow rate has slowed to a trickle. And it is not a filter issue. Ice/water dispenser technology is not complicated. I don't understand why this model has such worse performance than a refrigerator/freezer I bought in 2003. Great fridge, but arrived with a dent in the door
We like the product but had some frustrations with kitchen aid in general. We purchased a kitchen aid suite and 3 out of the 4 items were damaged. 2 of those 3 replacement items were also damaged. The fridge door has a visible dent to it and we are still awaiting the repair as we finally just received the replacement door and I pray that the new door is not damaged. Disappointed to spend that much money in a specific line of product that came highly recommended, to only encounter so many issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Worst experience ever
Purchased in March from an authorized dealer. Finally delivered in July due to Covid-19. Plugged in, hooked up water line, waited 24 hours per installation, doesn’t cool. Call dealer, need to get a tech, called kitchenaid, “what do you want us to do?” Waited a week for tech, 5 minutes on hold with tech support, couldn’t fix it. Supposedly needs a new control board. Have to wait another week. Total BS. Never again.

Good refrigerator ice maker just can't keep up!
We had a Kitchen Aid refrigerator that was 14 years old. It did great. It had a totally different ice maker. Always kept up with our demand. (we are huge ice users year round!)
They said they changed the design to give more room in the freezer section. Well the new design just doesn't measure up! We have reviewed the manual, had our sales rep call kitchen aid. We followed the instructions fully! I even found a utube video featuring this ice maker. We keep the setting on "Max Cool" & it still doesn't keep up. BAD DESIGN! Go back to the old design. The refrigerator is fine. It also doesn't have an egg storage bin which I totally miss! But otherwise it keeps things cold, has great shelving & great space.
