Very well build with only a couple of issues
This range looks terrific and seem very well thought out. We got ours recently and were impressed by how well the installation needs had been thought through (castors that raise and lower, easily removable door, locking plate to prevent tipping). The critics we have after a months use is that the range is not intuitive to use and the directions provided are quite poor. The oven is intelligent but not clear (work that out). Still haven't figured out how to broil and you have to wonder how good an innovation is if it offers no clear improvements and is overly complex to use. Also, the grills are poorly designed as they chip easily and have too big a gap in the middle for smaller pots like a stove top espresso makers.

It’s beautiful, modern yet classic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a hard to acquire in late 2019 with it being a new model and the tariffs, made the wait a little long...but once we had it in place was so impressed. We replaced a 30 in GE stovetop only with this range and couldn’t be happier.
It looks huge by itself but once in place, it wasn’t too big and felt right at home.
The controls are spartan, so read the instructions, or better yet use the phone app to control the oven, see temperature settings, etc.
It can be a bit on the costly side, but if you’re looking for a centerpiece, this is it.

WiFi does not work
I just bought this. I have been in contact with customer service line about the wifi, it is not working they said they would call me back never did. I had a IT professional come out to look at it, everything was right on my end with WiFi, it would not connect.
However it is beautiful! And the stove top part I love

Would not buy this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WiFi on this doesn't work, the grates stain instantly and cleaning this is a challenge. Go for a Wolf for this price point not worth it.

Better instructions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second kitchenaid range. This current model is quite different with the blinking and steady different colors on the dial. However the current instructions are lacking in descriptions if new and different noises and how to change modes. Also there are no directions as to what to do if you get blinking yellow and repetitive tone. In the current instructions it acknowledges unit error but not what to do. Had to go on line and could not find answer on kitchenaid site but on other sites it said to turn off at circuit breaker for 1 minute and then turn back on to reset unit.
I am pretty certain who ever wrote the instructions that come with the unit did not actually use a range and or felt it unnecessary to let us owners know how to approach ALL situations.
You would see this yourselves if you google problem with kitchenaid ranges. I lot of people not happy with the lack of information provided in the instructions and the expectations of the range.

Worst Stove Horrible Customer Service
I purchased this stove in March. It was delivered in May. Oven broke down, constant flashing amber light with loud alert noise. Only way to turn off sound was to turn off breaker. Therefore, anytime I needed to use the gas part of the stove I would have to turn the breaker on/off.
Called customer service schedule a technician in, technician could not resolve problem. Called a second technician was advised to order parts. How much longer was I going to be left without a stove? Apparently, this is their ‘process’. I could understand if I had the stove for years, months sure go ahead replace the parts, but this stove has literally been in my possession for less than 3 months.
Nothing but headaces. Especially during these already difficult times. We don’t order take out. All my meals are homemade. Family of six. We’ve been in isolation for 6 months and now I have random people entering my home try to ‘fix’ this stove. Worst customer service. Will never order another Kitchen Aid appliance. Poor judgement, long wait times to speak with a rep, no compassion.

Great so far, but no timer?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has only been a week or so since we got the range installed and it works great. Love the looks as well. But, I am little baffled about the fact that it has no built in timer. Yes, you can use the app to do that, but sometimes you just want to set the timer really quick while putting the food in the oven. Otherwise, we love our new range.

Love the look!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this stove based on online photos and specs while we were doing a renovation. I never actually saw it prior to the kitchen being completed and it totally became the centrepiece of my new kitchen. It’s the first appliance that people notice and everyone comments about how amazing it looks. The look is sleek and sexy. The functionality of the app is taking some time to adjust to, but I love the notifications and ability to start and stop the oven from my phone!
