If one light burns out - will the rest stay lit??
That's a great question. This 9'ft Pre- Lit Ellston Garland comes with standard incandescent lights.
Standard Incandescent technology, uses an internal shunt within the bulb to continue
the flow of electricity throughout a light string, even if a bulb has
burned out. On the other hand, the shunt (what holds the filament) can fail if a bulb is broken, loose or removed, stopping the flow of electricity through the string.

2D batteries incuded which is great. 6hr auto timer optional is great. How long should the LEDS run on the these batteries...18hrs 50hrs 80hrs?
I'm sorry but these lights are not battery operated. Could you have possibly been looking at a different product?

This Garland is not battery operated. It is required to be plugged into a wall outlet for illumination.

This does not take batteries like the above comment.
That's correct. This 9ft pre lit Garland is not battery operated; it actually comes with a male and female prong, giving the consumer and option to connect it to another garland.

Can these be hooked up end to end to make them longer?

Easy to set up
Easy to snap together. The pedal lets you chose white, multi colour or alternating lights. Nice and fluffy with an adequate number of lights.

I bought this based on the photo but it looks nothing like the photo it is not fluffy at all and extremely scares. Very disappointed in this product

Looks Better in the Picture
This garland did not meet my expectations. It's rather scrawny, and at best, I would use outside. When I first took it out of the box I thought I was sent the wrong item, but on closer inspection, it was correct. I have chosen not to use it and have packed it away for future consideration. :)

This is typically what folks use for outdoor use but lights are included.
It is easy to install, pretty much anywhere and can be used indoors and outdoors.
One small regret is the garland lighting I purchased was of one colour. I regret not purchasing the multi coloured lights that were also available at Lowe's.

I bought this based on the picture online. The picture shows it being fluffy and very full looking. It came in and was not full looking at all. It was very bare and needed more greenery added.

Purchased this garland for exterior use. Bulbs exude enough light. If covering a large space, you may need more than one. Good value.
