It looks nice and seems to be good quality, but I wish I had checked the flow rate before buying and installing. I thought all shower heads were the same as far as how the water comes out, but I learned they aren't. Showers are going to take a lot longer to get the shampoo/conditioner out of my long hair because there's no water pressure. It is not on our end. It's the shower head. Our moen still works amazing, but I chose this because I wanted everything bronze and there are hardly any hand held shower heads that are bronze. So if you don't care about that, this would be great. If it's a deal breaker, this isn't the one for you.
P.S. bathroom walls need a lot of work so please excuse that in the pictures

Great Combination
I love the showerhead and handheld combination. I had a plumber rough in the new water valve and I was able to install the rest. Easy to follow directions. Looks and feels durable. I love the dark finish, matches other non-Delta Bronze finish accessories very well. The water temperature control is centrally located on the water flow handle, both are controlled separately.

Just what I wanted
I was looking for s shower head that also was hand held in the bronze and they are very hard to find. This one is perfect.

Hard to use
The first thing I noticed after the installers left, is that the bent portion is a different color bronze than the rest of the trim kit. It stood out like a sore thumb to me, I hope it will blend more to my eye over time. The only other negative I have found so far is that its a learned skill to put the handle portion back into the head for it to fit quite right.

Waste of money
Bought this in chrome. Will be returning. Feels cheap and flimsy. Not work $120. The shower head wont stay in the base.

Ordered this for our remodeled bathroom. Plumber had no issues installing. It looks classy and elegant. Only reason for the 4 stars is the shower head cord isn't quite as long as id have liked but I should have paid closer attention [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Beautiful but cheap
We liked the look of the system but were disapointed with the plastic and thin metal finish. It also lacked a pressure balance valve requiring a secondary purchase to control water flow between head and faucet.
