Ce fumoir numérique électrique 30 po de Dyna-Glo offre une expérience de fumage pratique avec plusieurs fonctions pour simplifier la cuisson. Des boutons-poussoirs numériques permettent de régler et de surveiller le temps de cuisson et la température rapidement et facilement. Le thermomètre à viande à contrôle numérique affiche la température interne des aliments et éteint automatiquement le fumoir lorsque la température souhaitée est atteinte. Ce fumoir électrique numérique est muni d'un accès latéral pour ajouter facilement des copeaux de bois tout en minimisant les pertes de fumée et de chaleur.

What is lowest temperature that it can be operated at? Can I smoke cheese in it or is it too hot?
Hello Chico1959, by default, the lowest temperature setting for all of our electric smokers is 35 degrees F and the highest is 275 degrees F. This smoker is not designed to be a cold smoker so using it to smoke cheese would be difficult. - GHP Group Customer Support

great smoker
I have used this smoker twice since its purchase. The ribs I made were fall of the bone good. It held the temp for 5 hours without any fuss or added wood chips. The only draw backs were the web site and instructions. Neither one gave cooking instructions for the beginner. I had to go to another web site and apply the instructions to this smoker for cooking and use of the smoker. The web site leaves a lot to be desired. The smoker has lived up to the ratings it received online which is why I purchased this brand and model. The controls were a little touchy but they worked fine.. Works well
I've had this for several weeks and have smoked chicken twice and pork once. Everything turned out great. Produces good smoke. It seems to run slightly warmer than the set temperature but not so much as to cause problems. It would be nice if the wheels were larger. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Awesome smoker!
I got this smoker as a present from my wife a few months ago. I use to use propane in a smoker we had built ourselves many years ago. We moved and had not smoked anything in a really long time. Never really thought about getting a electric smoker but I am happy I got one. Very easy to use and assembled in 10 minutes. It's not heavy and easy to move around and store away when your not using it. So far I've used it twice. Once on salmon and the other on ribs. Came up to temp very quick and held with +- 5 degrees which is more than acceptable. I feel from all the brands out there this one seems to be built to last. Really good quality. The only con I have for this smoker is the smoke it produces. First time around I had used wood chunks and didnt get a good smoke at all. However second time around I chopped the chunks up into 1/4 pieces and got an amazing smoke from it. But that only lasted for an hour and half. Adding wood didnt help. I opened the door and the wood was black but not smoking anymore. I emptied the chip bin and refilled with new chips and worked good again. If I could get some advice for a good chip brand that works well with this smoker that would be awesome. Other than that keep in mind every smoker has its ups and downs. It's about putting in the effort and finding out what works well for you. Over all amazing smoker.

Dyna Glo Electric Smokr
It's well made. Well layed out and easy to use. But. It doesn't make smoke at all or stay anywhere near set temperature. Tried every factory online suggestion with out success. Checked YouTube posts for ideas. Did not get any response to online customer service request. Will return for exchange and try again. Hopefully replacement will make smoke and keep temperature within specs to earn 5 Star review

Excellent!
I've this smoker for a little over 2 months, and have used it 3 times. The first time, I had the damper closed and overcooked pork tenderloin. I've since done a prime rib roast and ribs (with the damper open) and they both turned out to die for! Once you learn a little bit about it, you can do amazing things with it. I've had other types and makes of smokers before, but so far this one tops them all.

Really like the smoker
We purchased this for Christmas. We have really enjoyed it when it works. The temperature gauge messes up a lot and things dont get cooked properly. Has anyone found a remedy to fix the temp gauge? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
